Vit d3 k2 and magnesium can be a benefit...but as Greyman rightly points out above there is talk that getting in capsules tablets ect might not be that beneficial.... I just hope they don't give out an apology... There's this kid I sometimes watch called joe swole he's a bodybuilder....last week when Hulk hogan died ....he did a tribute as he was inspired by hogan as kid to go to the gym... Internet went mad at him cos hogan apparently used the N word years ago in private conversation that turned out not private....and because of the backlash swole got....he did this grovelling apology for fuks sake..... Someone commented all that muscle and no spine...lol
