Just reading that article you can see the agenda...miss information and down right lies spread by the media ...peta..politicians, they won't be happy till the birth rate is down to zero because of the falling testosterone levels ... They keep going on about beef farming causing all this pollution yet beef production is well down on what it was 50 years ago...they blame the amazon rain forest destruction on beef farming because they replace it with soya fields to feed cattle....however the truth is its sugar cane that's getting planted... I did a 3 day fast about 5..6 year ago...but I intermittent fast 3 ...4 days a week ..17 ..18..hours....some weeks I do it every day...

No I still have processed....ie cold meats like ham beef chicken pork etc....I have a plug in cool box in my van ....has corn beef chicken cheese and stuff in for the week as I'm very often away all week in hotel.... Hotel I just eat the meat ...give the chips and vegetables to the lads.... I sometimes eat breakfast...but again just sausage bacon etc

I have Greek yogurt which like kefir is supposed to help gut health....of course both are dairy products.... Which when you think about it ....its helping your gut because of all the fibre and grains we eat.... Fiber is another big con we have been sold over the last 50 years....you really don't need it ....its responsible for things like chrones disease and ulcerative colitis not to mention IBS that millions of people suffer with including myself not to long ago

I would disagree with a lot of what lurcherman has written.... Cholesterol is not just one thing....there's HDL ...LDL...triglycerides....there's a whole bunch more to it... I do agree about not getting on statins though But saturated fat is not the enemy it was once supposed to be... There are millions of people out there now living on carnivore diets and doing very well with extreme high levels of LDL Cholesterol they should be dead but of course there not... There's now loads of info out there and plenty of doc's on YouTube if you can't be arsed to look at scientifi

The thing with the doors is ....your in the right environment....alcohol and drugs make people loose the inhibitions ... On top of that it's a numbers game ....your average bloke working on a site might only come in to contract with a handful of women a day...on a night club 5 days a week you might speak to several thousand over that week....so if your polite and have a bit of patter its easy ....and on top of that I was dam good looking...lol

Ours cost nothing ...a friend of my wife she gave hers to us as she was divorced...it cost several grand....I hate wearing any jewellery including watches ....but Mrs insisted I have one....it cost £20 of the market in ibiza town....I lost it 3 days later Swimming in the sea ...the Mrs lost hers a few months later when she fell in a canal drunk after a night out....neither of us have bothered since
