She has minced chicken & fish.Kits are just starting to weaned but with micro/grey's its too early for them to be fully weaned & my ferrets eat really good grub!
Hi,had a problem with my micro/grey albino ferret jill the other evening. She's nearly 3 years old & had a litter of 5 kits 4 weeks ago.Everything has been going fine when the other evening she looked like she was playing in the saw dust like she does when I could see her rolling in distress when I got closer I could see she couldn't stand up & had lost the use totally of her front legs & her rear legs were weak. She had her front lip curled & was breathing really heavily.I bought her into my conservatory where the wife put her on a towel & I put warm water on the back of her
I agree. Some bitch's go down to nothing no matter what type of food or how often.Had this happen to me with a large litter bitch was the same she didn't put on weight til pups started to wean.Pups look good so leave the fella alone! This site is getting worse & worse all people wana do is bitch, complain & slag. Whats up with you guys ffs?
any chance of an invite to see the dogs that can do it?? and are we talking genuine bull/whips with no greyhound blood?Do you class a non ped whippet as a whippet or not?
yeh!
This is my bull/whip/grey,21'' tts,2 yr old.
Great ferreting bitch a real natural, retrieves live to hand, marks, will work with purse nets, long nets, etc.
Really rate these little dogs never lamped her but i'm sure she would be just as good.
I've said it before & i'll say it again 'a good boxer will always beat a good fighter'. Like him or hate him he's fought the best & 'no his 0 won't go'. Yes, certainly a good rule in general. . More often than not the case, but now and then the unexpected happens. . I fancy the ginger kids chances, but as said, wouldn't put much money on it!! Looking forward to September for a couple of reasons now! ;-)
It will Ray Lennard Vs Hagler all over, & we all no how that turned out! (those that are old enough)

That's one ugly dog!
Anyway, bull breeds have a soft palette its something to do with there jaw design.Never heard of retriever breeds have soft palette?
Had 2 bullcrosses suffer from it.1 of them while running around in warm weather the other lamping on warm nights.Electrolytes are good(recharge, etc). I syringe it in to there mouths if they won't drink it but cool water is just as good although it doesn't replace the salts it opens the air ways.
Fitness is another key point with heavy running dogs.
The fitter the less it seems to happen for some reason as long as regular fluids are given.
Had it with 2 bullcrosses.Don't know whether its genetic to the bull in them or not. It could have been down to soft palette that bulls have & can induce fits especially if it was a warm day. There game dogs & with the ball obsession they won't stop for a drink therefore not cooling down the palette it therefore swells hinders breathing & can induce fits.
Got to have saluki in my dogs its a must. The advantages much out way the disadvantages in my opinion. The right saluki in your breeding makes outstanding dogs 6,000 yrs can't lie. Saluki's & saluki crosses can do it all & that's a fact!
smart pup that. Whats the breeding in him pal real smart he is
