    I walk my dogs every day and try to get out lamping as much as possible. But when im not lamping i usually take the dog's on the push bike at a jogging pace. I also feed them on a mixture between Beta active, Pasta and raw beef.

    Bitches 12 months and Dogs 14 Months. This is the way i do it, but all dog's are different others may be ready sooner some longer. Cheers
