  4. be honest I lost a good promising russell at three years of age last season , she never let me down too the day she died , some people will laugh at a three year old dog , but she amazed me at times , and was one of them that from day one worked like she been doing it for years. a good dog too me is a true dog and if she couldn't get on she would dig her way on , just forward all the time and would only open up when she was face to face, what I would call an honest dog , and that you cant ask for no more , a true terrier. any way she died under a bale whilst ratting , gutted was an understatem
  5. Be a long bike ride he's in hartcliffe which is in the ass end of Bristol and far away from any decent land, my advice to him is to go north of Bristol to land out around there and find some permission How far? I have used to walk 6 miles to where hounds were meeting, hunt all day and if I couldn't catch a lift I'd walk back. I'm sure he can work something out. He's in south Bristol it's very commercial and pretty close to Bristol airport not much of any land with a hunt pack or shoot anywhere near by, and being from the Bristol area myself found the southern areas on land very lamp shy and e

  11. got a friends Russell x spaniel , lovely little dog about 6 years old , keen too work with other dogs but is raw and hasn't seen anything . I took him out with mine , showed a little aggression at first then got on like a house on fire going through hedges , for this dogs age hes got plenty of beans left in him , hes not been castrated, the sale is for change in there circumstances , hes the same size of a jack russel l, mostly white with a few patches of brown , if any one is in need of an additional bushing member then this dog would fit in once he is showed by the others . I took him fishin
  12. went too Egypt a week after Tunisia massacre , hate flying any way , how people could sleep on the journey home, fook that .......I was put off by a bad flight from Ireland ,.....when the pilot said were suffereing a few problems , that was it especially a week end on the lash , never liked flying since that bad exspereience,......honest thought we were going down , we were like nose diving through turbulence, theres only one way when your in the air , put me right off
  13. Not knocking you pal , done it meself and no doubt may get caught a gain , glad the dogs ok
  14. if the lump comes up really quick over a couple of days or so its more likely too be infection where long use antibiotics is needed , after you said antibiotics reduced it , it was more all less going to be an infection , anything serious like cancer isn't reduced in the slightest by antibiotics ,......some times infection lumps can feel really hard so its hard too judge by touch, if you know some one who can get the long term drugs such as clinacillin etc , it saves a lot of money , ive had adder bites that cost the insurance company hundreds , nearly cost me , me lurcher , but with time you
  15. lumps on dogs equals pound signs for them , ive been bitten 500 notes too remove too tell me infection , never again , good course of antibiotics and if it doesn't go down , judgeing on the lump I would decide how too treat it , obviously vet for removal , but if its the kind of lumps hounds get , they come off with fishing line , just stops the blood flow and falls off, but every lump is different , best of luck
