They were probably the same spaniel's, Charlotte, Mr Ping were ratting and did a bit of earth work, can't remember the name's of other,s, but i seen them with my own eye's working both quarry, entertaining but not head on if you know what i mean??

In the late 70's i would think Mr Plummer would be in his 30's, since then i've dug to Westie's, King charle's spaniel's and then the sporting lucas terrier, that he has bred, we've all got a history some folk's won't be left alone. And NO i'm not his son!!!

A lass who has a local stable has an Italian greyhound think's her dog's leg's are thinner than a rabbit's leg's, and i agree it's a pitifull loking thing happy little beast but i would say a buck rabbit could put it in a half nelson, don't see the point in crossing them with a whippet. JMO.

A big litter will start lapping milk a bit quicker than a small lazy litter mate, and when they do put lactol in front of them, then weetabix, rice pudding etc; then after a couple of week's minced beef and chicken added to a little less milk and believe me it happen's quicker than you think, good luck mate.

Does anyone on here use Wheeler bred terrier's?? I don't know much about them only that they are'nt available to just any tom, Dick or Harry, and i heard that they are hard when working. A mate of mine has just got a pup at 15wks old and was wondering how he'll turn out next season???

I think your better dealing with it yourself where possible, Police don't give 2 fook's about people's stuff. Thieving tw*t's will nick corn from a blind hen, we we,re putting curb's in on footpath and a motorbike came past and the passenger grabbed the stone-saw from no more than an arm's length away and off they went, never to be seen again.

Mine get about 4 a week [3 dogs],skinned ,gutted and heads and feet off.I freeze them for 3 weeks ,prior to feeding to the juks.I eat t one a week myself .Pugs get the heads ,dogs get the giblets cooked in a gravy .I add a tin or two of pilchards a week,and a couple of eggs some veg,top up with grey hound meal.Works for me.Inan. I bet your dog's are bounceing fit off that diet ''Inan'' You should get yourself on the F-word with Gordon Ramsey mate.

I was told a few year's ago that if a Rabbit came across a young leveret it would kill it, don't know how much truth is in that??

I have what sound's like a very similar video, and the dog get's roughed up big time but it certainly does'nt back off or jibb in any way.

becuase its bull cross it will bite a kid dont be so stupid !!!! id trust my pair with any child good for you, im just giving my personall experince on the matter and opinion, as i said, each to their own. when you say personal experiance ''HARE'' do you mean you've seen a BullX attack a child or any other person?? and how many dog's have you seen killed by a BullX?? Why not just say the cross is'nt for you rather than make them into monster's, i know it;s your opinion but bull-breed's are under the spotlight at the moment even more so than normal, and don't need more enemy's. Try not to have your kid's out playing while your dog's are having their scran mate you can't be too sure!!! The only time i used a mincer was while weaning pup's at 5 week old and by 7 week they safe with chicken carcass'. If you think there will be half eaten rabbit's in your yard only give them the half they'll eat. Dog's have been eating bone's for thousand's of year's long before mincer's were thought of and it has'nt done them any harm, give the mincer a go and it'll be interesting to see how long it is before cleaning the fooker is a ball ache. Matti, I knew Brian briefly as a teenager and to be fair he treated me well but I'm not so sure about him not taking himself seriously To me its a joke to state that his spaniels would outwork a good terrier and makes a mockery of a true digging dog to make such claims, I would think if that claim at Lowther was made is was quitely and not near any "names" or digging men. As for Plummer terriers I owned one, a good dog for rats and rabbits but she died young after bolting only a handfull of foxes so who knows if she would have worked? Now the Plummer terrier may have been pushed as a rattin

To be fair the Plummer terrier was bred to work rat's, that's not to say some won't work fox. If you don't like the look of the breed or the handfull you've seen work, don't get into the breed easy as. If you ever met Brian you would know he did'nt take himself that seriously and 9 out of 10 article's written by him were to amuse himself as the barrage of abuse that came back made him laugh. At Lowther horse Trials he put up a challenge that his king charles spaniel (Charlotte) could out work any terrier below/above ground that was on the show field that day, and not one terrier man came forwa

Are you all saying I shouldnt use this outfit? He said he has good references. He's obviously very good at his job, couldn't fault his workmanship................... And guaranteed for 20yrs, need's refurbed after that or the neighbour's get annoyed.
