  1. We're talking Border Terriers here, its difficult enough finding a good line of workers that produce the same. Its even harder finding breeders that tell the truth, that don't fabricate pedigrees & don't sell for ridiculous money. These who sell pups to anyone for £500 a pop & think they're doing the breed justice are deluded.
  2. What kind of phones do you lads own? Lol
  3. Got one here mate if you wanna have a look? Perfection lol
  4. Do people never preview their posts?
  5. It takes a couple of mins to upload them to photobucket then copy the IMG link & paste them to here
  6. Probably old Tommy down the road from me has got the best 'breeding lines' in the country....reckon he's always got 6 or 7 litters on at a time so he's gotta be hasn't he?
  7. Thanks for the advice chaps will read up on it
  8. I always make sure at least one of the 3 dogs I let in at a time has a collar on...
  9. Lololololol, just remember you shouldn't always type what you're thinking
  10. This was already on another thread, he's SHOT over 100 foxes locally & wonders why he hadn't had anything to ground.....
  11. Smasher they are what I would consider old fashioned working russells.
  12. Wonder how many farmers would be happy to hear lads saying they're ensuring next seasons sport? Years ago we ferreted 3 to 4 times per week on some excellent ground usually taking 40 to 50 a time. It was an extensive hill farm with thousands of rabbits, my mate was told by the farmer if he couldn't find the time over the summer then don't come back. We used the airguns through the summer to keep him happy & also hunted the reedbeds with the lurchers, kept them ticking over. A farm I have now wants hares killed on sight as he was 'sick of the pricks coursing hares through his sheep on sunda
  13. Don't take it too seriously mate then you won't be disappointed....
  14. Not sure who thats aimed at BW? We're talking Staffords not pits, I agree with your comments about Staffords. I originally quoted Rom
  15. Yes Corky that would be the right assumption. DA in Staffies is quite natural, just like a Greyhound loves to run. Well I find that ridiculous that dog aggression is acceptable just because it is a bull breed. I think theres a fair few Stafford owners who'd disagree with you.
  16. So what you're saying is a Stafford being dog aggressive is as natural as a Greyhound running?
  17. You've just contradicted yourself Irishman, you're completely against killing cubs & vixens but you've just admitted that a few farmers you know experience problems at lambing. If hunting was portrayed as sport & not control then it would be completely banned in all forms. You had the cheek to call someone an arsehole....At first I found you amusing but now you're probably the biggest f***ing self righteous arsehole on THL, & that takes some doing
  18. Lol, I was doing the suspension lift at the time mate.....looks bad don't it
  19. Would anybody be interested in a swap, I'm just gauging interest & wondered if anyone had an older Jimny they'd possibly trade. I'm not looking to sell TBH, mine has a few jobs it needs doing which I was gonna sort when the weather picks up. Would possibly consider an SJ, I'm looking for a project to do an engine conversion over the summer so I'm in no hurry, cheers The tyres pictured are NOT on it now, just standard
  20. Just get yourself a livestock trailer & a hand off someone who has decent preban deer retrievers....
  21. Its each to their own, nobody can offer solid proof either way but IMO also, its the lines what are kept tight that seem to produce a higher percentage of workers year after year.
