If your not too bothered about your body fat % it's pretty straight forward, if it's not nailed down eat it!!! If your still wanting all your muscle groups showing that's a different ball game which is pretty hard too crack, just try and eat as clean and as much as possible.

Havnt you got her half brother Mik? A dog with bull in? Why wouldn't you use that? The dog is only a year and half old and has too much bull for what im looking for Never realised it was so young just remember seeing a pic on here and thought it was a nice animal. How is it doing upto now?

you looking for abit of fresh blood to go into your dogs dave or you just being curios to whats going to be about? i am waiting for some one to say they have used spider pig over there bitch has hes got some good rabbiting dogs in his breeding. jest curios to whats out there but if i see the right dog work who nows ? if i dont get a pup out of spider it will be a pup from my ruby hope fully to cesar if he dose well over the next 4 or 5 seasons im looking to keep the size of the pups up so wont go back to any smaller dogs that iv bred my self.few pics of my lot from today.
