    I still use shavings in mine , i get the big bales from wolfenden or sherfins for £6.50 to £7 and they last 3 or 4 weeks

    It looks like it might be the work of kids. One of the other lads on the pens saw some kids on there and tried to ring the chris to tell him but couldnt get hold of him. He managed to recover the white gill after they dropped it , the sandys still missing though.

    My mates just rang me and told me 2 of his ferrets haved been nicked off his pen . They are a very small sandy gill and a small white gill (one of this years off the sandy one). They were nicked from Accrington so if anyone in the area hears of any being offered for sale can you pm me please

    The lansky turn box (4 rod one) is brilliant , easy to use and gets your knife razor truly razor sharp. Dont get a bladetech if you like your knife , they are shit and destroy your blades over time and only get your knife sharpish

    I only saw the lad for 5 minutes last night but i think it was thursday . The transmitter was working on the day , they were tracking it when it suddenly stopped transmitting . The system he uses is a marshall one so it wont have gone out of range in the time they were tracking it .

    I sold some fishing gear in the loot earlier this year and i got an email asking to buy the rod of me . The wording of it seemed bizzare , like it was done by someone copying english from a dictionary , so i told them id arranged to sell it already . They then sent another back saying they would give me double the price but i would have to give them my name , address , phone number and bank details so they could deposit $2000 dollars in my account (the rod was £50) and once in , i could take the £100 out and send the rest back to them . It was either a rubbish attempt at money laundering or

    I use a lansky turnbox ceramic rods sharpener . Its easy to use and gets your knives properly shaving sharp unlike them bladetech things which only get them sharpish and feck your blade up
