He's just turned 3 mate. I’m in a slightly similar situation, having a couple weeks off the lamp with mine. Waiting for the next new moon. He ran shite the last time I took him out, he was lacking something. So I’ve changed the diet round a bit and am going to smash the fitness until we go out again

Can’t you take him somewhere and chuck a ball round for him to keep him ticking over? And if time is limited a nice steep hill to retrieve the ball he will soon be tired out. You must have read my mind mate! 50-60 steep hill sprints after a tennis ball gives mine something to think about!

Let's See Your Dogs Fitness Regimes!!
MikeyMJL replied to Who let the dogs out!'s topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
Long road walks, plenty of free time running off lead, flirt pole and lots of games of fetch. His retrieving is spot on. Been getting him sprinting up a very steep bank 3 mornings a week. 30 sprints each session. Imporoved him now end I reckon. All this with lots of good grub and plenty of rest. -

My pup has had a drink of half strength Lamlac everyday since I brought him home on top of the raw food he gets everyday. He's never had the shits from half strength, tried full strength for a couple of days and it did become very soft. I do make sure he gets 20% bone everyday. He's becoming a solid built dog

I appreciate all the replies. Been ringing round and castration is pretty pricey. Would a single hob left uncastrated be ok living on its own?
-
What age would you get them done?
-
Good to know mate. Like the idea of it. Get them done around 6 months or a bit sooner if I notice them fighting like f**k!

Hi lads. Want to get my first ferret kits soon. From the research I've done (newbie) I've decided to get 2 hobs from the same litter, then castrate the pair so they can live together peacefully. Seems a lot less hassle than Jill's coming into season. Only thing I'm worried about is the castration making them less keen to work, has anyone got any experience with this?

get them on it too.your dad would love snorting coke from between a escorts tits right down to her fanny.

It won't be crazy with coke and prozzies, my old man and uncle are going too and the stag is marrying my sister! Just a piss up
-
cheers lads. From what I gather it's like a quid a pint on average, more expensive in the Irish bars and places like that
-
Alright lads. Got a stag do over in Prague shortly. It's 3 nights, all accommodation with breakfast and transfers paid for. How much spending money for beer and food would you recommend? Was thinking £300 in czk would be plenty. It's my first time there. Cheers

Cheers pal. Sorry about your lost. I had to put a once in a lifetime dog to sleep last march. Took a while to get over that one! He's my first pup and at the moment I'm getting as much food into him as he can handle and letting him be a pup. Plenty of tug of war!

9/16 beddy 7/16 whippet. 6 months old, 18.5" tts when last measured 2 weeks ago. So far so good, a very easy dog to live with. Blown away by his intelligence, been pretty easy easy to train. Looking forward to his getting him started!

Looks a very good use of a tight space to me fella, how did the veg fair up? Did the proximity of others affect the crop? No all my veg was well formed. The foliage on top gets very thick and tall because it's crammed in. It just makes watering a bit tricker because you can't see the soil. No problem really though aslong as you plan it first. I.e. Big stuff at the back, in my case this year the potatoes, and less dense stuff at the front, which is my leeks, onion and garlic. It is a cracking way to get a good yield though.
