  1. Wee dog was well at his fox then mate Out of interest what was the weather like for it to be to ground? FTB
  2. You say you have been shooting foxes for 30 years, yet still feel the need to take photos to brag about kills on a forum? Sorry mate, but that one is lost on me. I havent been in the game for half that time, yet the last thing I would do is take pics of kills etc to put on here. Fair enough, share a story - it's what the site is for.But you have geared this thread and others to deliberately provoke a response. Food for thought... FTB
  3. I think you all want to be termed 'Brittish' now as Andy boy is doing better in the tennis that your half hearted attempt at football. Joke btw. FTB
  4. Lets just hope you all take that bitter defeat like men - and don't throw the dummy out the pram as per usual starting trouble and giving your country a bad name. How gutted would you be to spend all that money to go over there and watch 90 minutes of pure pish. Very poor show indeed - even for your standards. And all of the peeps who spent their hard earned cash on a vuvuzela must feel like right bellends now... FTB Setting the bait...ning
  5. Sorry to hear that pal. I am sure someone closer to you will offer you a replacement. FTB
  6. I got my first dog at 16. A springer spaniel off great working lines. I trained her myself and she was born a natural. Very switched on, bags of stamina, very inteligent and stylish - a right wee world beater(had trialling boys offering me daft money for her, and I knocked them all back). After her second season she contracted lymes disease from a tick on the moors and despite ALOT of very hard earned cash in vet bills she has never been right since. She has gone downhill again badly in the last month (sometimes goes downhill after coming into season). I am seriously considering g
  7. A good pair of boots. Without them your fecked, whatever your sport. FTB
  8. Cheers for the comments lads. But, I didn't do this for a pat on the back, I did it so I can hopefully have many a days sport for the future. Look after your earths...and they will look after you. FTB
  9. Got an early finnish from work today, so I decided to go round repairing some earths that the happy go luckys had trashed last season. One in particular is an excellent dry drain that has been in the ground since before I was born and one in which I have had a couple out last year. It's a real nice spot, the kind that you can be fairly confident of success. Turns out some fanny had found it last year, dug to their shitebag dog (TWICE) then failed to backfill - consequently letting water in the pipe and maybe ruining it for good (time will tell). I managed to lug a large section of clay
  10. Was just going to ask that. If any one has one, any info would be great (reliability, MPG, performance etc). Ive got a new shape astravan which is great, but I might downgrade to something a bit cheaper and was thinking about a connect. Any info much appreciated. Cheers FTB
  11. Is it any wonder with daft comments from the likes of your self. I cannot stand football, I loathe it with a passion and have never watched a game. But I sincerely hope you get put out sooner rather than later because all this football talk is really starting to twist my melons. And if you were to win, I would LITERALLY never hear the end of it. Wishing you all the worst luck in the world...FTB
  12. Depends on what they are - what work you do - and what the scrote who grassed on you told them. At the end of the day, once they have your dogs you are fecked. They will take them for whatever pety reason they can come up with knowing full well it will cost YOU money to get them back. The law stipulates innocent untill proven guilty - but somehow for us it is guilty untill proven innocent. FTB
  13. Don't trust just any vet. Some are right scummy b*****ds that will be on the phone as soon as your out the door. Go to a reccomended working dog vet, or one that you trust. If the dog has a nasty, you really need to get it done professionally. These days failure to do this and sooner rather than later it will come back on you. At the end of the day they will try their hardest to feck you for one thing or another (say your dogs underweight, say there living conditions were below standard, say they didnt have access to water - the list goes on). The best way to avoid these situation
  14. Find yourself a good honest trustworthy vet - and seek vet treatment for any injuries to your dogs - even if it is just a formality. If they are really scraping the barrel to confiscate your animals they will try their upmost to do you for failure to provide veterinary treatment. Keep yourself to yourself, don't give them any reason to screw you, don't give them any convicting evidence and most importantly carry on enjoying your sport. FTB
  15. Genuine scappies are decent salt of the earth type guys. But the rogues give you all a bad name. We have an old farmhouse that has laid vacant for about a month since the old buddy went into care that lived in it. The local scum have been in and you want to see the state they left it in. Looks like a deleted scene from platoon. No wiring left, no copper piping - the c**ts even took the lead off the roof and let the water run in. Old copper water tank away leaving water running for weeks and ruining a whole staircase. The house was a mess. Has taken us a week to shell it to assess the da
  16. Health and happiness for me, my family and friends. That is all anyone should wish for. Money comes and money goes. Some of the most miserable people I have met have also been the wealthiest, and some of the nicest have been those who don't have two pennies to rub together but would give you their last. FTB
  17. Frankie Boyle is quite good. My new favourite, is Kevin Bridges from Glasgow. Think he will be quite a big name. FTB
  18. Hope it works out for you. Don't get too hung up about what some noob on the other end of a computer says - as long as the dog meets your expectations(which im sure it will) and you are happy with it then thats ALL that counts. Personally, I like the look of the dog - but a picture says feck all to me FTB
  19. Why anyone would copmrehend a bull cross for rabbits is beyond me. FTB
  20. Grass likes a firm seed bed, so once you have seeded it - a good roll will do it a world of good. If your soil lacks anything, maybe it needs extra nutrients. If the grass previous was mossy, it will probably be quite acidic - so a sprinkle of lime would be good. Also make sure it has enough water, don't let it dry out too much. Oh, and choose your seed well, get proper lawn stuff. Failing that, get a couple of buckets of yara nitram fertiliser off your local farmer and the stuff will be loupin FTB
  21. its not the same shite it,s the truth FTB put a post up about lanarkshire being raided a week before it got raided so how did that information fall into his hands hes not been totally honest and that why poacherman is bursting his balls a would just like to know how he got information pm me FTB and a can talk to you about it atb keano Thought you were a bit better than that KEANO. Should have PMed me. I would have had no problem in discussing it with you. Suppose your just the same as the rest of that mob from larky. Shame really And as for poacherman, the way he goes on
  22. What bright spark opened up this can of worms again. Dear oh dear FTB
  23. Throw in a few choice words - cruel, butchered, savaged, ripped to pieces etc and you have all the tards falling at your feet. FTB
