This seems to be the latest craze, cross breeding, then giving the resulting pups a fancy name, then selling them on for large sums. seen beagle x russles, bichon frieze x king charles spaniels, labra f*****g doodles...the list is endless, all making £500 + a pup. in my day they were 2 bob mutts...ho hum. The deer in your photo's are bucks(male) so i'm puzzelled as to how they could be pregant? also, damp rainy weather strengthens the scent on the ground and in the air for animals NOT weakens it as you state. No credit to me for the breedings fella, i mearly owned a couple bred this way. they were some well bred stuff and the boyles x's, as big bill says seemed to click real well. you had to be on your toes around them tho, as some had a tendency to be a bit grumpy...lol... Yokel.

I got carried away with things a few years ago and came to the conclusion that a stafford had no part to play in where i wanted to go with the dogs and thats the reason i let the wee fella above go. with hindsight, he was probably the best dog i'd had around me,(and i had some very well bred stuff at the time.) not a world beater, but a good honest dog with out reverse. good to see the old warrior has a good home and looking well.
