BB was the original director and son of my old keeper mate. Company was originally CBD only products (officially) government then started giving them work to trail various extract methods etc, got a license for full spectrum/pharmaceutical etc, set up the Guernsey plant and took off. The fella I spoke of above who set up the Guernsey site left them some time back and went back to his guerilla ways, been a good while since I've seen any of them, they all done well out of it... and continue to as far as I'm aware... I know he wasn't making them in the kitchen I haven't had much to do with the man for a couple of three years. I know the company he worked for was supplied originally from wissington, before they got their own licence and set up on the Guernsey/jersey. I believe they were the 1st company (British) to get a licence to grow, produce and prescribe some time back now. I used to shoot and dig with the owner/directors dad, he was one of the local keepers! Anyhoo, he most definitely knew what was in his product, he had to, it was getting sent back to the people who licensed them... Yokel

An old acquaintance of mine was making these and oil drops, he used to work for a well known company with a government license, set up a big grow for them on Guernsey or jersey, I forget which. Anyhoo, his vapes were spot on, you knew exactly what was in it as he done it himself! He had a hot press for extracting "rosin" sat around the 80+% mark. Gram in the vape would keep you going awhile.... Yokel

I'm up that way five days a week (colsterworth, grimsthorpe, Stamford, castle bytham etc) sun must be hiding when I'm around, been grey as fook! Tho, I don't think this is because some secret cabal is controlling the weather....tho it could be queen Beatrice or the ghost of Kate Yokel

Aye, a mate of mine hit a lovely patch of cep last week whilst out picking the fly's. I'm getting stuck into the wavys at the moment, but it isn't the best of starts to the season. hopefully the 2nd flush will make up for it... Yokel

My first boxing coach and all round local legend passed a week ago. He was a proper character and well liked by all who knew him. Kept plenty of us estate urchins out of trouble, well, for awhile at least. Anyway, local rag has done a good write up for those who like reading about such characters...R.I.P. Funny enough I had the same happen to me not that long ago, over west stow way. I'd gone off piste in the woods there having a mooch, heard a rare ol' rumble like a horse race, then about ten or so came thundering past, a bit too close for comfort I don't mind admitting! Beautiful site tho... Yokel

I used to do a bit of beating on the Euston estate many moons ago. One day as we were coming through a maize strip the shout "deer" came up. Beast of a red stag was coming through at full whack, we all came out the end bar one, old fella, Ivan I think he was called had been knocked out cold , cracked a few ribs etc, proper ambulance job, and to be honest, he was lucky with that! In answer to the original question, Dickensian at best, plenty of trauma from that shite, and not a family member am I in contact with. But you learn from it, and my daughter's have flourished from my understanding of how not to be. As a great man once said "our revenge will be the laughter of our children"....as for pewit, greb etc, the man's a hoot! Comedy gold, stop banning him! Give him his own section... Yokel

Selling a highly strung, sporting bred dog into a pet home has always got the potential to go awry. Even if they have a steady nature around people, it's when they bump into another dog off the lead down the local park and the owner has absolutely no idea how to control the situation. Recipe for disaster...why would you want one as a pet? They can be stressful enough when kept for work alone! Yokel
