  3. You can't get pups chipped until they are 6 months old. mine came done at 8 week My terrier was done at 10 weeks
  4. get it on a lead and road walk it during a quieter time and build up to heavy traffic, keep some treats in your pocket ignore completely any nervous behaviour and praise/reward him when he shows no sign of struggling. Do this every day and that will acclimatise him to noise and stressful situations I do this with all my pups and it works Trevor was terrible up until he was 5-6 months old slightest thing and he'd be screaming Now he don't even give stuff a passing thought but He still screamed a field down the other night after I grabbed his collar and told him off :laugh: As for the soc
  5. you can get it done free by certain councils, RSPCA etc got mine done by the council in Preston when they had a dog show in Ashton park last year

  10. Shouldn't of thought so as a rule but there could always be an exception I go out with a hunt (cacelled today due to frost ffs) the hounds usually have a mingle round the followers before we set out, what I've found is they tend to ignore other dogs for the most part after a quick sniff

Get them mate but if your boots/wellies wear down in one place on the sole then put some metal studs in that place on the muck boots Because I walk heavy on my right heel this part of my sole wears down quickest simply stick the stud in on the day I buy them problem solved ps I buy a new pair at the beginning of every winter and do this never had a pair leak or wear out yet I just like buying new boots every year, got three pairs now :laugh:

Sorry dotty but ye answers wrong,it dot ask do u prefer a pup to an adult it asks how much a decent lamper worth if ye had to put value on it? dont think theyr is a right an wrongt answer way is see it is all the half decent lamp dogs i have had, i have brought on from a puppy....... i have had a few adult dogs over the years that come to me fuly grown or even as a gangly sapling an to be frank i never bonded wae any of them, an they never ever seemed to do as good a job as a pup that was here since day dot, so to speak..

  20. I'm a fine mix of all including Irish so not bothered about having a British passport but at the end of the day I'm English white on any forms I fill in whether it says that as an option or not

Prices are looking at about £5 plus postage (roughly 2 quid) Each kit contains one length of thread attatched to a needle and comes in it's own sterile packet and is rated at... 45cm of thread - 3/0 fine (if you want heavier gauge I can get them but they are slighly dearer)
