  7. Not being funny mate. Are you doing the keto/caveman/blah etc type diets? If so has it been good for you losing timber? The mrs has been told she’s borderline diabetic so I’ve put her on a very low carb routine. She’s a lot healthier but isn’t losing any weight. She’s been on it for about 2-3 months.

  10. It was mate thank you The skin was crispy and that marinade soaked right in and set right. The meat underneath was like butter falling off the bone.
  11. After talking about tagine a earlier… I decided to tweak tonight’s meal. It was supposed to be a kung po chicken, rice and my homemade Chinese pickle… took my normal Kung Po recipie added more red bean paste, chili and fish sauce than usual because it went in the tagine Marinaded the chicken thighs and drummers in the sauce. Gave it about two hours, bedded the tagine with carrot, onion and daikon raddish, sat he chicken on top poured over the rest of the marinade and slowed cooked it in the tagine until 10mins ago.. Rice was cooked with fennel anise seeds, Star of anise,
  12. Almost forgot to post the sardine follow up….. Cured for a bit over a week re-salted twice, now been sat in olive oil, dried chilies, garlic and a dessert spoon of finely ground Szechuan pepper, fuucking lush…..

  14. Moroccan lamb cutlets with peas etc couscous is buried underneath. Tandoori lamb cutlets Tandoori chicken with the masala added when the chicken was about half done. Look at all that beautiful Ghee floating in the top, perfect for a nann dip
  15. I love how they self seal with the juices. I use mine as you should but also as a type of a tandoor (tip, once you’ve got whatever meat in, run a drip of really thick instant gravy around the rim, put the lid on and the gravy will create the seal). Stand the skewers upright into the funnel bit though or put a wire rack/balls of foil to raise the meat from direct contact with the ceramic Ruined some damn good lamb before I learn that lesson
  16. Get yourself a tagine. I promise once you figure out the ins and outs you’ll wonder how you did without one. I also suggest buying “ras el hanout” spice mix (basically North African version of a garam masala) Google Moroccan tagine recipes and crack on. Couscous will never taste better

Now, do you really think that Brazil, Russia, India and China (the last two of which are nearly at war with each other) are gonna go for that? are they bollocks. It’s a way for them to continue internal block trade without using SWIFT or forex trading currency reserves to dollars. Basically the other 3 become middlemen for Russia to still purchase on the international markets.
  19. BRIC is a term like DACH it refers to separate countries who in this case all have different currencies. How the hell can they base a crypto on 4 currencies, which all have different valuations? And how is that gonna be able to compete against the dollar?
