    Get the dog in a closed space. Blow the whistle to get the correct tune that you want to use for example one long blast dropping off at the end. Instantly give the command to sit with a hand held high, flat palm facing the dog. Repeat until the dog makes the connection that the whistle is followed by the sit command and pre-emts it. Then take it out into a place without distractions say a field and when he is doing it at distance resist the urge to call him to you from that position, go to him and praise, treat or whatever until he really gets it then bob should be ya uncle

    Spain was a very different egg it had and still has a very good maufacturing and production industry. They never lied to get in they were wanted and I believe were/are the fourth largest and prosperous economy in the Euro....     John the devaluation of a local currency enables them to be competative on the global market. If Greece was to go back to the Drachmar it would instantly take their economy valued against the Euro to a devalued state, also as Wilf pointed out debt means feck all when talking nations so paying Europe back wouldn't mean nowt to the Greeks. Add this up and you have an economy able to absorb global shocks by keeping local prices reasonable and attractive to international investors also it enables the Greeks to take control of their own economy. Shipping on a truely global scale, Olives (lol) Wine etc. Problem is they have the worst tax payment rate because they are all dodgy feckers hiding their money from the goverment coupled with an crap collection system all of which was hidden from the initial investigation into Greece's finaces prior to acceptance into the Euro hence why they are now fooked. The major issue with the Euro is the total polarised ideas on Central government, Budgets/spending and Economy between North and Southern European states

    Helen sort your head out you are being led by Anti's who take the handful of cases which you are using to tar an entire nation including autonomous states with the same brush. I've met and been out with some good guys and girls Basque, Catalan and Spanish never seen or heard any of them talking about murdering their dogs in gruesome ways and sticking a few Euros on the outcome.
