    2 more rats

Nice shot pal and lovely rifle.
  2. Thanks lads, yes a review will follow in time. I do love BSA rifles and this was not on the cards prior to entering the premises. Tony offered me 2 deals though that I couldn't turn down in return for all the business that i have been putting his way in the past so I ended up with 2 new rifles. Ive just chronoed the r10 with my F1 chrono and its doing a very nice and consistent 10.9 foot pounds with AA Fields so will go to about 11.1 or 11.2 when its fully run in. Top man and well worth a visit if your after a new rifle. When you see the video i took in the work shop and wh
  3. Hi lads, Here are just a few quick pictures from a visit I have just made to see a old friend, Tony Wall at Sandwell Field Sports (SFS). While I was there I couldn't help purchasing 2 new rifles which Ill do a review on them both later on over the next few months. A full clip from the video I took will follow within the next few weeks on VerminHuntersTV after I return to film part 2 on invite by Tony when we do some shooting and rifle testing with him in his premises. The .177 BSA R10 mark 2 in the picture is now safely in my gun cabinet after being given a shorter and screw cu

    SQUIZER 2

What is she Chris? She looks like a whippet cross Beddy to me. Si.
  5. Another very good pellet is the Falcon Accuracy Plus. If you want I can send you a few in .22 to try so your not wasting money on a full tin. Si.

    SQUIZER 2

Nice post and lovely looking dog Chris. Si.
  7. All barrels are different pal but I can give you a good idea of what to try first off. BSA barrels have deep lanz and grooves in their rifling so they like a wide diameter pellet. Try RWS Super Field at 5.52mm JSB Exact at 5.52mm Air Arms Field at 5.52mm All top brands. Si.
  8. Great job them pal if that's the case. Si.
  9. They will be available but other business over seas is priority first I think mate. The unit is doing very well from what Anthoni tells me. It has also been improved more since me and Davy did our prototype reviews. He put 20 or 30 units aside for the UK public and they have already been taken up. Si.
  10. Nice looking HW you have there Moley . Love the grain in the stock . Also well done with the bunny. Si.
  11. I'm sure that second rabbit you filmed it looked like the cross hairs were pointing at its jaw rather then brain rain area, might just be me viewing this video on my phone's small screen. Knowing Ste and working with him on the Rise of the Verminators I'm pretty sure that the cross hairs were aimed both for windage and elevation, be it hold under or over to make a reticule correct shot buddy. He for me is one of the best shots that I have seen come into the section and by watching his clips i think that we all can learn something. Si. Edited Just read down the rest of the t
  12. It wasn't as impressive as your making out Tan buddy. There are lads on the HFT circuit that can do what I did there at 30 and 35 metres on a bad shooting day. I'm no where near their standard pal, but with lots more practice who knows what can be achieved? Thanks for the words of support though pal, they are appreciated. See you again soon mate but this time bring your Ultra with you too. Si.
  13. Yeah i know what you mean pal. It looks like its going to be easy until you try it yourself and see. Hey by the way buddy your new profile picture is well worrying especially with so many male members in this section. Your not looking for a shooting partner are you LOL Si.
  14. Brilliant Sean buddy. Makes sense as hammer weight is part of what makes a pcp shoot at a certain pressure. Tench told me that too. Si.
  15. Hi everyone, In this episode of VerminHuntersTV I am trying to answer some private messages (PM’s) from YouTube in regards to people asking me how to work out their max range to humanely shoot and hunt vermin from each various shooting position they use. I hope that this helps some people out and is just away I think that is pretty easy to use and utilise without any real problems or costs. Si. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ox82EaNENpo http://www.youtube.com/user/VerminHuntersTV?feature=mhee
  16. Mate, Please phone Nite - Hunter with your question as I'm trying to distance myself a little from his business time lines and concentrate more on testing the products he gives me. He will know time lines a lot better. Si.
  17. Great news pal, maybe we can meet up there one time and have a shoot together. Dan told me yesterday of some of the things that have gone off up there by silly people doing daft and illegal / dangerous things in the past so I don't blame them for protecting their business and lively hood which can sometimes I bet make them seen funny on occasions. They pay very big insurance bills and silly things that need other peoples attention i.e ambulance, lawyers, police and in the end insurance companies just bump them bills up even more for them. All I can say is that yesterday I met both
  18. Hi Roger, Its still in the TA centre at the moment buddy. I haven't spoken to Dan the co owner of Woodend Farm Complex ref any future meets at Woodend yet, but its something that did cross my mind and depending on how we get on I think it could be a perfect location for a meet be it on the already planned 8th, 9th and 10th of June charity meet or after that sometime. A lot of things would need looking at i.e, would we still be able to pitch tents to sleep in, have a small open camp fire like normal, listen to our music at night, use the toilets there and of course what the price pe
  19. I'm settled mate cheers . I'm saying its not just Weihrauchs that do this, its just about all new air rifles, the grease that you are talking about be it or be it not a factor in power increase is just 1 small part of the power increase that occurs as a normal process in bedding in a rifle. Its already very well known and is why a lot of gun makers release rifles at 10.9 and 11 foot pounds new. I gave a good friend a BSA Ultra 2 years ago that was bought second hand from a member no longer on here. The rifle wasnt shot much at all by its previous owner and was really very new
  20. Hi there everyone, This is a clip of my first ever visit to Woodend Farm Complex in Huthwaite, East Midlands. As you will see this complex is a brilliant complex offering a great number of shooting and throwing sports as well as various fishing lakes and kennels. I advise anyone in the area that is interested in the above sports or needs to use kennels to have a serious look at Woodend Farm Complex. From what I saw today this facility is first class and the staff there are very friendly and eager to assist. It’s well worth a look. Si. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=
  21. Sorry to hear all this as happened Tony. I really hope that you manage to get your Ultra back buddy. You looked so happy when i saw you shooting it when i was up shooting rabbits with you. I'm afraid that in this day and age after the recent shootings in the news over seas there's are a lot of so called do gooders that just love to call 999 if they think that they can potentially foil the next human massacrer. Not a bad problem if you think about it. There is also on the other hand the pains that just are very ill informed about what we do and what we are all about and love not
