  12. Get yourself a FX 4 stage pump mate with the gear system. You will pump your gun in under a minute easily. £140 with a 5 year FX guarentee. I love mine. Si
  13. Almost pal. Here is the link to the lasers http://www.airgunbuyer.com Go to the left hand side panal and click on lasers and red dot sights then lasers The Hawke laser is the top one. Si
  14. Yes that’s a good idea pal. I could do that by fitting my scope camera and take the video footage in the indoor range. It could be a useful tutorial for people to see. What’s the general idea on that idea? Si
  15. What calibre is your rifle Farmer? If its a .177 then you will pick it up very quickly as there isnt that much hold over or under to worry about pal. I watched Gary calibrate his mil dots in my indoor range 2 nights ago and from a 30 metre (32.8 yard) zero he could hit a drawing pin at 20 metres with 1 mil dot hold under and a 40 metre drawing pin with 1 mil dot hold over. Taking that a stage further to kill zone size and not a small drawing pin, he could probably shoot a rabbit on the cross hairs from 20 metres out to 40 metres and get a kill. He doesnt though and uses precise
  16. Farmer a good laser is a Hawke laser for £29.99. There are cheaper ones out there that work just fine, but i like this one as it as a really tiny dot at 30 metres and it’s very precise when using as a range finder at night. Si
  17. Yes Bill, I agree with you there pal. In some situations i think that the scope is more important than the rifle. The Germans are not allowed to lamp at all for any game. They cant use NV either to make the shot, just spot the game with it. So what they do is sit in the high chairs and shoot the boar and deer using ambient light from the moon and stars. In this situation a very expensive scope with really good multi coated lenses are required or the target isnt seen. A German hunter once told me that his scopes cost 2 times what his rifles do. They were all Sw
  18. Yes, come on Christopher get up here ASAP . There are tonnes and tonnes of bunnies to shoot mate. Si
  19. Your quiet welcome Farmer That’s what the regs on here are for mate. To help others out, while learning something their self in the process. I learn something every day on here from other shooters and regulars. My advice pal is listen, analyse and try it out for yourself. If it works and it’s a good idea use it in your shooting arsenal, if it didn’t work for you forget about it pal and ask someone else. Si
  20. No problems pal Better pay £8.99 than £18.95 for a set of Sprts Match or Pro mounts Zini
  21. Hi Fez, For the price that you pay for them, i rate the GunTuff 2 piece high mounts as good as or if not better than Pro mounts and Sportsmatch. Here is the link to them pal. http://www.jsramsbottom.com/categorylist/mounts--rails-1-tube-mounts-(11mm-38-dovetails)-guntuff-1-mounts/ Ive just got 2 sets myself for my 2 new spring rifles. There top quality mounts pal and will last a life time Zini
  22. It would be nice to see you there Chris buddy How you getting on with the .22 Ultra pal? or are you going back to your favoured .177? I understand if you both cant handle a real hunters calibre lads and the work needed in the range to shoot at all ranges accurately, and want to turn to the dark side like Gary as done . Flipping calibre traitors . Just kidding both of you Si
