  4. Here you go http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=66960
  5. CLEAN IT , then use ELEY subs - PROBLEM SOLVED. RUGER 10/22 is a great rifle.
  6. Yeah the article says the snipers (lol) were "blasting bullets about the place." A tad inaccurate im sure. Unless of course they were using an M249 SAW, then maybe "blasting bullets about the place" would give the correct impression.
  7. Many thanks to all who replied. It looks like it's the SAK for me. SAK , job done
  8. Well were they? Theres no point trying to hide from the truth. Maybe worth applying, but seems unlikely with a possession of an illegal firearm conviction in the past, especially if the OP does not admit, even now, that they were in the wrong ...
  9. Ah Snipers but of course... So I assume they were using a couple of AS50s? I'd be very dissappointed if it was anything less. It would be useful if Irina Nelson (the journalist) did a bit of research on what a sniper actually was first, before she wrote such a pile of manure. Clearly she doesn’t have a clue, and unfortunately for her it comes over as such in her article. If she had read up just a little on the subject first, perhaps she could have sounded slightly more educated in her drivel. Unfortunatly instead she just comes across as an utter buffoon. It would be a sham

  11. http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/index...showtopic=52658 Here you go Superb Trigger Kit , Well worth it.
  12. .17HMR for rabbits. .223 for foxes. CZ or Tikka Rifle, with Harris Bipod, MTC or Similar scope. CZ complete setup maybe cost you around £600-£700 Good luck with your FAC application ....
  13. You seem like a perfectly suitable person to hold a .22 rifle, from your sensible replys. You shoulnt have any problems, but good luck anyway All The Best
  14. Good luck with your application. At the end of the day I will trust the police's decision on whether you're capable to possess a Firearm. At the moment it seems not but maybe in another 10 years or so they will change their mind. ATB
  15. Sussex Police very good, very nice helpful and knowledgable FEO FAC took 7 weeks, SGC took 2 weeks. No problems
  16. Lol the cz look the best by far. the only thing that might beat it would be an 17.hmr action with a accuracy international stock , but even that might be too much !!!
  17. something like this looks good: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/12V-20Ah-sealed-lead...175011466QQcmdZ Then buy one of these as well , to convert to a 12V cigarette lighter connection, where you can plug in your lamp http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/12-VOLT-CROCODILE-CL...343218699QQcmdZ Total cost £37 ATB
  18. Not the ideal tool for the job in these circumstances, using a rifle on a running fox would be hard enough without other people working in the field with you. The Lurcher is an ideal tool for this kind of work, but I understand not everyone has access to these types of dog! LOL All the best Luke Good one.
  19. A rifle is the ideal tool for foxes in my opinon, but I understand not everyone has access to these types of firearm. ATB
  20. You'll also need to buy and install and british police standard gun cabinet in your house. (£100+) Also as far as I know you need to be 17 years old to purchase guns & ammunition. ATB
  21. "why not have looks and accuracy" I agree As you can see, when it comes to rifles ATB & Good Luck with your FAC app.
