hi im 15 and want to apply for my shot gun certificate can you help by telling me how i can apply

my border terrier is 3 and use to fetch anthing to me on call no he just wont do it he would rather rip it up i am looking at shock collors if any one has one for sale please tell me

go down by the set bout 100 yards away at about or 8 in the morrnin and just wait with your rifle you could be waitin a while though
