    just thought i would update you all on the progress of my 6 month old dave sleight bred whippet his recall is going well but still needs some work but his retrieving is spot on he has chased a few rabbits not on purpose he hunted them up then chased them the last one he seen was last saturday and it was very luck to get away he turned it 3 times on very short grass before it got in to cover i am now going to keep him away from rabbits for another few month because his growth plates are still visable on his knees his prey drive and willing to please is something i cant fault but he sometimes se

    alrite mate i have a 6 month old 3qtr whip 1qtr grey bred by dave sleight the sire was an old coursing whippet and the dam done a few races which she done really well in my pup is more chocolate than black and that is something that i have never seen before in whippets it would be interesting to hear where the brown comes from
