    I used to always buy all the flash gloves like what Ben make! no doubt about it they're cracking gloves. but these days I look around for a fairly short cuff number as cheap as possible always single thickness wether female or male Gos, a glove does a job for me even if its just for the season! the birds feed off it, are picked up on it, and return to it, after the season its banged in the bin and I get a new one for about £15 - 20. At the end of the day we buy flash gloves for our own benefit! the bird knows no different, if it does a job without falling to bits thats fine by me.....

    I'm in the BFC which is not on there. I also think a problem with alot expecially with the BASC is there extortionate yearly subscription fees! I came out of the BASC due to having to fork out near on £150 a year just to be in 3 clubs ....

    When I was a lad mid 70's I remember buying a few singles like Babylons Burning, Milk and Alcohol, Hersham boys, and Promises by the buzzcocks, for some reason I didn't get into the undertones and clash so much! the brother in law back then a was a glue sniffing punk turning up thrashed at the door in his Bondage Trousers and plimsoles! the old man hated him and so did I, this Gordon was deifinitley a Moron ......

    Nice one AKA . although alot of the lads I hung about with was still going welll into the mid eighties I was turning into a Nob! I ended up with this bird and going steady for a couple of years and disapeered for a while while the other lads kept up the course.     ABH and Last Resort played in lynn in the earley 's at the regis rooms which turned into a riot! a pub got smashed up and whole road was covered in glass. 99% of the info about it on this forum is way off line! the police was in force and held them back as the Bus station where their coach was standing was full of local lads ready to kick seven shades out of them, it also kicked off in a chinese later in the evening with a few of them in a car which had to leave the seen pretty quick, paragraph 16 from the top...     The first fight he had with Hearns when he got the detached retina was a classic! behind on points but stopping him in round 14 was a classic! I must admit he had a few split decision in his favour includeing one against Hearns which I felt was a bit dodgy but as a overall boxing machine who loved to dazzle he was something else...
