Yep kay I think I am! I would seriously love to get out and about on a Scooter like some of the lads still do from down here or anywhere else, I still think it would be a good crack even though most are married with kids now! I'm sure we could all get away the odd weekend on the razz .... A nice Vespa PX will suit me fine ... Jasper

How good its to see the old boys come out of the woodwork . I had a good idea Baldie, Stabs and Wilf had played the scene but its nice to know the other's. it surprises me how many old Skinheads/Scooterboys/Mods are also Hunting lads.... I was sent some old pic's of some of the scooter lads I new from down here in the late 70's earley 's, alot are still doing it now and getting out and about by the sounds of it...

Its a real sticky wicket isn't it at the moment! I never thought about what chris mentioned which would definitley be a worry. I remember this time last year there was talk about A10's being £20 first year! £40 second year! and topping out at £60 in the third year, thankfully it didn't happen but I can't imagine DEFRA not looking at it without making some sort of financial gain, at the moment having two lots of paperwork <schedule 4's> seems a bit much. I find it strange they would leave Goshawks on document and not Merlins? I think one of us need to speak to someone in the know a

I'm just winding up mate nothing seriouse . I can see all points of view and I wasn't a Tyson fanatic I worshiped Ray Leonard. but when you look at this way, Tyson was 37 when he lost to Lewis and way way way off the mark and past his best. when Rahman did a job on Lewis with perhaps a lucky Punch it seems obviouse to me that Tyson in his earley twenties banging with both hands with more handspeed than Rahman and probably banging harder would have taken lewis out big time, ok I know he lost at the age of 37 buy hey so did Ali when past his prime, it comes to all of us in any sport.... Peregrines Regular take a abundance of mainly Pigeons in our town's and cities. there's been pairs nesting around London for a good few years now and take a big toll on the city Pigeon populations.... Pigeons gone feral cause alot of damage around towns and cities. Peregrines don't cause damage unless you're a pigeon, then it could be curtains if you've been selected ....

There's alot of things being said at the moment but no one seems to know 100% whats going on. it'll all come clearer when DEFRA send the latest paperwork through probably sometime this month, if not I'll get onto my case officer for some info.... I think its a good thing but its typical as the birds I have the most of Goshawks won't be removed so its still going to cost me £14 to register each young bird, on top of this if they charge for A10's too then its going to work out more expensive..... there was simular stories last year charging for A10's but it didn't happen.....

(Derek: please forward to the breeders group) I can now confirm that Defra England and Wales plans to remove registration on all falconry species with the exception of goshawks and golden eagles. This will take the form of a statutary instrument expected to become law on 1st October 2008.
