Iv just bought a few new ones a red female PK, Dragon male PK (import) and a Melano Male PK (import) That sucks mate bet it was a hell of a mess!. I lost all of my pairs of gouramis (all sorts of breeding pairs. Reds, golds, blues, lace, chocolate, honey, dwarfs etc.) That was only about 100 or so gallons worth and destroyed my big sub speakers for the tele and the tele stand rugs etc. Took hours to clean. 350 must of taken days.... 12. I wasnt on when you all replyed so Iv gone and used the foam stuff it seems to have worked as iv managed to remove a small rock to expose the nest and sprayed it in. Now theres loads of dead wasps on the gorund. Ill let you all know if it stays that way though! Cheers Jordan

  14. Iv recently noticed a whole load of new wasp activity around the dyke next to my shed. Theres been wasps going in and out of the gaps in the wall and Im sure that theres a nest there as the number is unbelievable. Also when I go near i get the livin feck stung out of me (so i guess they're protecting it??) Whats the best procedure to get rid of the little b*****ds? I found this nest destroyer foam stuff at work by Rentokil for a fiver would that be worth a shot? Also for the record no fire!!! its right next to 2 wooden cold frames and pretty close to the shed so its too high risk. Cheers
  15. I always thought the alaunt was around waaay before people started breeding bullx as they were medieval no? I like the look of them and they're personality no p***y will get off lightly trying to knick him!! Dont they have bull in them anyway? ATB Jordan
  16. My dog has gone and hurt himself chasing dogs or something when he was out yesterday. Its the top pad above the dew claw (the wee one sort of like the heel) the hard outer on it has peeled off and is really raw underneath whats the best plan? I had a look at the bit that is hanging off but it is also sore and i dont know if i should cover it or what. He isnt chewing at it or anything im just scared it will catch and get worse as he always gets into some sort of mess when hes out whether its bushes, wire, bad ground or dog fights and I dont want it getting infected. Any ideas? Cheers Jordan
  17. Nice looking pup im a fan of the collie crosses myself smart dogs. My collie/springer is what i use for lamoing and a cross like him aint near as fast as a lurcher but can damn still do they job its his fancy footwork, brains and stamina that catches the rabbits not his speed so keep him fit and he'll do you well plus he is only 9 months so dont over do it you've got a dog with good potential dont let it go to waste. ATB Jordan
  18. :clapper: good one that shame its true though
  19. I did mean that I dont want it to wound the fox I would want it to kill. I dont believe in letting any animal suffering just because its vermin and its my quarry id rather instant kill. Thanks for the replies folks im just interested to see if there was an all round calibre but it sounds quite touch and go and not definant. Cheers Jordan
  20. Just a quick question. What would be the best all round calibre for shooting fox and rabbits? Without blowing the rabbit to shite or just giving the fox a nick and not kill. Cheers Jordan

    Snakes

Iv got bull snakes (nasty b*****ds) and a royal python. I prefer royals as a start but corns are good but i like bigger snakes lol. My mate's got macklots pythons and a yellow anaconda. He used to have mangrove snakes and flying snakes now they were cool but 'semi' venomous. I used to work in a reptile shop with hundreds of little b*****d corns, kings, pythons and boas of all shapes sizes and bites! They are pish easy to keep just get a good stat mat and to start its best to use contico/really useful boxes as they are near enough escape proof (remember airholes!!!!) ATB Jordan
