some of you on here will know that a really decent lad has just been sent down for 6 months courtey of the RSPCA ..... in court this fella had 5 independant wittnesses that placed him in his village over a hundred miles away from where the alleged offence took place ...... all the dna evidence came back inclonclusive .... all the evidence the RSPCA produced was curcumstantial .... the one wittness the RSPCA produced told police 13 months ago 10 mins after the alleged offence took place i cant describe any of them i am sorry ..... however when he took the stand he pointed at the lad and said ye

every morning this week when i have been walking the dogs joe calzaghe has passed me on his training run .... from my place to his in a round circute is about 15 miles .... this is first thing in the morning before he starts any type of strengh work or ring work or bag work ..... it takes total dedication to get to the top and stay there and hat off to the guy he works his bollocks off ... i for one come march the 4th will be shouting big joe on to drop lacey .... the man deserves to be given the credit he deserves .........

you dont get the fibre value from rice or pasta .... wholemeal bread is fine and there is no problems feeding that type of bread to dogs .... Yeast dough is a different matter as it will expand in the gut ... but cooked wholemeal bread isnt a problem at all ...........

its fed for carbs and fibre mate ... dont feed white as the bleach will cause all sorts of gut problems ..... infact its shit for humans ........
