    Of course the media are going to lean that way, there obviously trying the balance out strong feeling about Muslims, I may not be particularly intelligent, but I'm not ignorant to it.........but that's the press for you. I'm just not going to get outraged by it, while there are bigger things to feel strongly about, which in my case is sympathy. Like it or not, I've witnessed on the box community spirit there & yes that includes a lot of Muslims, I don't give a fcuk how the media spins it, but that just me..... Well I do give a fukc how the media spins it which is why I highlighted it .

    Accip and Kay you both normally come over as intelligent people on here so I can't understand why you don't get what I'm saying ... it's nothing about what skin colour is being interviewed or what skin colour is helping it's about the simple fact that you never hear the words ... the catholic community or the Pentecostal movement or the Sikh and Hindu cultures etc etc etc .... BUT what you do keep hearing is the Muslim community this the Muslim community that ... for fukc sake it's not about what muslims are doing but what EVERYBODY there is doing so why the need to mention only one religious

    No my first thought is why are they highlighting muslims helping out instead of reporting on the horrific incident and questioning those responsible .....

    On nearly every news channel I see and news feed I read it's all about how the Muslim community have woken up from fasting and helped the victims of the fire ... they are opening mosques blah blah blah ... you never hear the white British christians have turned out in their droves to help the victims ... have opened the churches and community centres etc etc etc .... It's almost as if the media are saying .... see their not all bad their good people really ... which then asks the question ... why do the media feel the need to highlight this if there is isn't problem ..........

    I was over in Spain last year and there was a huge fire that raged for two days , they had planes and helicopters flat out all day it was like pissin on a bonfire ..the helicopters hold about a half a ton of water it didn't seem to make a Hugh amount of difference and they can't fly after darkIMG_2465.JPGThe skill of the pilots had to be seen to believe ,this was filling up at a farmers water tank about twenty ft across ..     With the amount of high ris accomodation we have in this country why haven't we got a helicopter like the American and Canadians use that scoop up thousands of gallons of water in a huge bucket and hover a building fire and drop the lot practically putting out the fire in one foul swoop .........

    Yes, I think when you sign up to serve in the forces you have signed up to potentially be called back to service in a time of emergency at any point in the future. But as you say, what's being talked about here is civilian firearms owners taking on terrorists. 3 years reserve !!. Only if you sign up to it otherwise the day you leave that's it .......

    Agreed mate but it's an essential step if you want the killing to stop. Ive sat down with these people countless times mate and you couldn't begin to believe the hatred they have for anybody from the west .... the only thing they will accept is the whole world to be Islam and under sharia law ... nothing less will do for them ... absolutely nothing ......

    Good man,always nice to meet dogs that dont want to tear your limbs off !Look im not saying theres anything wrong with people who are all " fluffy " about dogs,to me a dog should be a help and a companion all im saying is the right tool for the job and if the dog doesnt meet your expectations you shouldnt be put on a guilt trip about getting shot.....they are dogs not children,all the best.
