  1. all the very best with rehoming this dog, and nice to see an honest advert
  2. Thanks for your exceptionally negative views, Its people like you who get stuff banned and paint people like me in a bad light. You know nothing about me or my dogs, yet you are only prepared to see the worst in people. in the time iv had the bitch she has been walked everyday, fed good quality feed NEVER miss-treated She is in good condition apart from an injury she sustained whilst racing. So please stop posting your narrow minded thoughts on my thread. This is the real world. i never said that YOU mistreated your dog, i was trying to point out the wording of advert, that adver
  3. we have had a few threads with pics of pups that have looked in terrible shape, well all i can say is those breeders should have a look at this thread!! good on you! the pups are bright eyed, chunky and clean, nice to see photos of healthy happy pups, how they should be,, good on you girl! enjoy them growing up and all the best in them going to good working homes that will continue this good quality care thanks again! Annemarie xxx
  4. well you lot show yourselves in a charming light... your the ones whose sick not me wish the dog all the best in getting a good home but with an ad like that i can't see how
  5. sounds like a plucky little bitch in her prime, would be useful to someone this time of year,, good luck with the sale xx
  6. Well said! You do get some nutcases on here thought Daveo, For everypost selling a dog there is some prat protesting it. The guy is giving a DOG away, not a kid!! Phew!! a dog that potentially could be used as a breeding machine and left in a state of total neglect, emotionally and physically, it should be of real concern and there is a real risk of this being the result of advertising any dog for free on a public forum, there are good and bad people on this site
  7. i agree with the fella above me, people should wind their necks in and mind their own business, i am not a dog dealer i just think its people who shout their mouths off are the sort of fooking pratts that got us banned from coursing in the firstplace "do gooders"!!!!! if the bloke wants to give his dog away then so what??? its his dog, this site gets on my nerves sometimes  not causing an argument here lads, but look at it from everyone elses point of view, why not advertise her as a free "PET" not a brood bitch, don't you's think there is enough lurchers/ greyhounds about withou
  8. clearly you don't really mind what kind of person gets hold of your bitch!!! the way how you have worded your advert is asking for dealers to have her! have this bitch free, breed from her! what kind of an advert is this? clearly you have no feelings or respect or indeed any emotion towards this dog so often people who are forced to part with a dog will put a price tag on it just to insure a decent home, you by the sounds of it don't care where this bitch ends up, after all it would require effort to find a decent home you are one of the reasons why dealers exist and why we
  9. like i say each to their own,, but i would love to see how they turned out later on in regards to would they give up during a nights lamping, they'd be fine, they keep their fitness very well and not difficult to train at all, the coat protects similar to the beddy, and like i say as long as the lurcher was put to a decent working poodle then why the bloody hell not! its nice to see a planned mating which isn't pages and pages of collie x or bull x simply because my friend has a bitch which we see all the time! my poodle was once attacked by a mastif and staffie x and he was very near
  10. My sentiments indeed, infact this cross could throw a decent versatile dog in the right hands, the poodle is a very intelligent breed of dog , in France and in other European countries they are still worked, a dog of this breed i should think would have a excellent coat, decent feet, plenty of brains, it woul suit somebody who likes rough shooting/ wildfowling, mooching, ferreting, and it would certainly have enough pace for lamping, the trouble is nowadays alot of lads prefer point and aim dogs, and they can,t be bothered to train dogs up to a decent standard, and they prefer a dog with what
  11. a hunter in the making! she'l be skinning rabbits before you know it!! trust me time will fly by and you wont remember being tired just the joys and wonderful moments of being a parent, i honestly hope you enjoy every minute because it will soon be gone . . love her, proect her, enjoy her! thats what i do with my little lady! who at times is a congrats and all the very best Annemarie xx p.s she is beautiful!!

  13. pre ban of course,, this type of dog would be grand, i've known straight beedy x greyhounds that took all types of quarrey happily,, i have a beddy/grey x whippet who has great prey drive and theres no reason why the breed couldn't. though every dog is different remember atb Annemarie xx

  18. the brindle on the left is stunning!! best of luck with the sale xx
  19. but then would any of us be allowed to keep a lurcher?? i really doubt it in the old days you'd have to pay x amount for a dog which isn't fair as we wouldn't want a class diversion,, however the license idea is one i agree with as long as it was done fairly and equaly, i would say that you'd need to pass a test with a pass mark before you can own a dog, do a course on canine behaviour and their diet needs etc, maybe do some experience at a dog rescue kennels - help the kennels and learn about dog body language as well as breeds, grooming needs etc as long as you had a knowledge on d
