  7. these are really great for the price http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SCOPE-MOUNTED-FOXING-LAMP-GUN-LAMPING-RIFLE-LIGHT-100W-/320672399930?pt=UK_SportingGoods_Hunting_ShootingSports_ET&hash=item4aa990823a I made the seller an offer of £35 and he accepted it. If you lamp from a 4x4 then happy days you can plug them into your cigarette lighter socket, but if not then iv found these cheap batteries to use http://www.batterymasters.co.uk/Product-Ultramax-NP9-12,-12V-9Ah-with-4.8mm-0.187-Wide-Male-Spade-connection-High-Capacity-Battery-(L(mm)-W(mm)-H(mm)-151-65-98)_1377.aspx iv not tried them but they
  8. im not sure what all them numbers mean (rifle serial no.? and part nos.?) but when iv needed airgun parts for a webley tracker and a hw97k theese guys where a great place for ordering parts: http://www.gunspares.co.uk/shopdisplaycategories.asp?id=24065&cat=Weihrauch maybe wort a try? atb tom.
  9. I used fox bolt bubbles with a short greased leader and never really had that problem since. Crumpets hooked directly are tough and you can have multiple missed takes with them, only striking when you see the bubble move. A tight line between rod tip and float also speeds up the strike hope that helps atb tom.
  10. Great stuff secretagentmole - i got myself one of theese recently too, a 1998 hardtop jx4u and it certainley made it easier to cover ground quicker. im just getting a sump and diff guard made and gonna get some mud tyres fitted ready for the winter. Its been great standard though with a bit of air out the tyres. Lamping from a the vit is amazingly productive. i too am with sure term who where £1,100 cheaper than anyone else for me @ £500 fully comp for the year - not sure bout that canopy tho lol! Good luck with it! Atb tom
