    The antarctic is warming in places, and getting a little colder in others, the peninsular is warming were as the east is getting colder i think. The sea ice is growing there, but they think that is because the sea water is becoming more diluted and less salt, so freezes easier i think.

    Had some good sized rats under the bird feeder these last few weeks. Not much more satisfying than nailing one with the air arms from the kitchen window :-)

    I also never imagined big hairy dog owning, bow and spear carrying, covered in fur pagans as veggis :-) Isn't paganism close to the beliefs of the american indians ? who i also don't think of a veggis.

    I just use wood 90% of the time, then at night fill with coal and shut down the air vents, then just rack over in the morning and chuck more wood on.
