  1. But it's still evidence. Blood and bone fragments, at the house? This is still a kidnapping based on the information we have, at this current moment. His [bridger] confession helped also. Saying that someone believes a murder has been committed, based on the parents alleged behaviour on camera, isn't enough to prosecute.
  2. I don't think I've disputed that but there currently isn't any evidence suggesting that there is anything other than a kidnapping. There could well be foul play involved but it's information we're not privy to at this given time. As it currently stands the McCanns are negligent parents. As I said before, if they were poor they'd be banged up by now. As you rightly say someone knows where that kiddy is but until there is evidence that the parents are complicit then it remains what it is.
  3. Doesn't matter. No evidence, no court case. You can't prosecute someone because you think a crime has been committed. Edited to add, there could be pages and pages of psychoanalysis, hearsay and conjecture, but that alone isn't going to be enough to secure a conviction, if indeed any crime has been committed in the first place.
  4. Same as the polygraph test. Doesn't matter what a shrink thinks, from seeing them on a screen. You need solid evidence for any of this to stand up. A psychoanalysis might sway a jury but you need the evidence of a crime committed to actually get them in front of one.
  5. Yeah, re-releasing greys is an offense.
  6. Polygraph tests are bullshit. The only way they work is if the person taking the test believes they can actually detect lies. It's not the machine detecting lies but the operator looking at the stress responses, and making that assumption. They might be entertaining when the muppets on Jeremy Kyle get called out but they're about as much scientific worth as Gillian McKeith digging through your shit. Refusing a polygraph isn't an admission of guilt. It's common sense. That machine can be made to say whatever the operator wants it to say, which is why they're inadmissible in any legal co
  7. Give it a whirl, it can't do any harm. Anything nutty is along the right lines! Good point but I thought it was kind of a given on a cage trap thread!
  8. If they were poor, they'd be serving prison sentences. I don't believe it was the first time they left her alone and I don't believe for a minute it was random. Whoever took that girl knew exactly how long they had to snatch her. The whole thing stinks like the THL Classifieds forum...
  9. Same as Moxy, overall. Peanuts in their husks. Also I'll have a quick look to see if they're stealing from the bird feeder. If so I'll put some of that in too.
  10. Q, How many real deal dogmen does it take to change a lightbulb? A, Fourteen. One to change the bulb One to put up the pictures, on the forum. Three to exclaim what a great job he did, and inquire what brand of bulb he used. Five to say he didn't use the right brand, and should've used another instead. Three to say his brand is shit, and that he's a messer One to chime in, a week later, and claim that his bulbs are better than anyone else's. Posting a picture of said bulb, and documentation from the factory.
  11. Don't see why they shouldn't just keep your eye on the connections, over time. Nothing worse than catching, only for the damn thing to break open. You won't catch that squirrel twice!
  12. Craggers? Do you also find it kind of ironic that the show, he presents, takes place on a managed reserve?
  13. The only positive I can draw from this, is that he's a very good photographer.
  14. I've had live catch traps, from both Killgerm, and SX Environmental. They're as good as I can find, although I'm sure there are posters, here, who might be able to recommend others. Whichever brand you go with, buy a few packets of cable ties. When you drop them (you will!) they can break on the metal connections and the cable ties can be used to keep you operating. Applies doubly if you buy a job lot secondhand! Just so I can see it in print, I'm not having a pop, but make sure the live catch traps are checked at least once every 24hrs to remain legal. Personally I prefer Kanias b
  15. I've seen the local idiots running lurchers on waste ground, filled with broken glass, and used syringes. When these forums talk of culling useless litters, I genuinely wonder whether the focus is on the wrong species. If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem...
  16. Agree with all of the above. Only commenting on the need to modify the 10/22. A lot of people modify them. The reasons are as varied as the modifications. They still shoot fine straight out of the box. Cheap, cheerful, and accurate for the money.
  17. It would, but the Ministry of Information is a propaganda machine. Nothing more. Unbiased factual reporting would clearly show that coursing would protect the hare. Also generate income for the landowner, and local economy. They focus on illegal gangs because the socialists don't like to highlight the time, and taxpayers money, debating this nonsense in the Commons. The real fact that this was a class war and had nothing to do with animal welfare. They won their pissing contest, and now have to spend more of our money demonstrating that it's relevant. Yet it isn't. Never was.

    Films

I'd have to. I only have Cum Shots 2, available, and I wouldn't want to watch them out of sequence. I hear they're doing a third one. Shameless b*****ds are just cashing in now.
  19. Now it's illegal that argument is dead in the water. Doesn't matter what it did, or does, it's now deemed wrong. Therefore they should make up shit about it!
  20. The Ministry of Information at work once more. All paid for by our nice TV tax!
  21. How shitty is the ground? I'm a huge fan if Sorel, from Canada. Particularly the Sorel Caribou Boot They're very warm on the feet. I've used them extensively, in northern England, and in a few colder parts of the US. By colder parts I mean ice fishing in -20's ºF They handle shitty mud very as they're waterproof, with a full tongue, made from Caribou hide. The sole is molded rubber, which wraps the foot. They also have removable wool liners, which I go through every 4-5 years. The current pair I own I've had for 15 years. They retail at $140, Canadian, although you can get them on sal
  22. My question, now, is how do you stop it? Or has it reached the point where you can't?
