    Superb ...ive always been mesmerised by the sea...bit scared of it but certainly a fascinating place....you must have a pretty pucker camera to take such good quality pictures.

    Exactly,so why go their in the first place,they know they are going to be provoked and possibly attacked.....so if they are not going to respond,stay at home !.....either fully commit to what your doing or dont do it at all....going half way is just embarrassing.

    I think its more a case of a good manager will just get that little bit extra from a player that can and often does make a difference.....at the highest level in any sport actual ability is all very similar you wont get bad footballers playing at the highest level of the game,sure they will have bad days but they didnt get to the top of their profession by being bad footballers.A good manager will get all the little details right that can make a difference,i think the character and personaility of a manager can be important as well....i remember some of the Spurs players saying when Harry Redk

    Cracking picture that ...what id have done for such a marvelous set up at that age ...i had to make do with half ( yes half ) of a 9th floor balcony of my ol nans tower block flat....she used to keep quiet while i skipped school to go round and exercise it etc....was still the fittest little terrier in Canning Town .....funny how your hunger and desire for dogs drives you with absolutely no knowledge as a kid !

    Yes i can believe that it would make sense,its like the former Soviet Union athletes of today....them Russians did so much experimentation and study which the rest of the world didnt know about in years gone by that countries like Latvia,Ukraine etc are producing some genetically gifted athletes.

    I believe its down to genetic inheritance myself......look at Icelanders,always reknowned for physical strength which when you look at their living conditions makes sense......Ethiopians,altitude/long distance running etc Plenty of great black bodybuilders of course but then bodybuildings not really about strength....im sure twitch fibres probably plays a part....but i think natural evolution probably plays a bigger part.

    Yep heard it this morning....couldnt have been a difficult decision really.I agree Clarke has given some tactical value while Dalglish has clearly been inspirational and a great lift for the whole club.Who made the decsion on Suarez/Carrol in Torres out ? because thats clearly been a massive plus point....I think that Suarez is going to be a major force next season and if Carrol can stay fit alongside him you have to think they will be a good partnership.     Thats very civil of you chief ....must admit im a bit dubious of curries you can get away with chucking anything on them !....Im told goats do not store fat in their bodies until over a year of age,hence " kid " is a better meat nutrionally but not as juicy and tasty as adult goat. Anyway,ive made it my mission to taste a goat this weekend ....nothing ventured nothing gained.

    Ok well im reliably informed its not as high as turkey and around the same as chicken......and theres me thinking i knew my nutritional values....i hadnt ventured into darkies foods though....not sure i can face walking into a carribean restaurant but i spose its no different to going for an indian....just have to walk in and say gimme some goat ....cant be doing with the curry though.

    Oh right,it must be more popular than i realised.......a young Asian lad came up to me earlier started talking bodybuilding etc....give him his due he had a fantastic physique for someone so young....turns out he eats goat meat by the bucket load apparently its higher in protein and lower in fat than other meats,was always a turkey/chicken fan myself i never really paid much attention to what i classed as foreign foods .....asked a few pals of mine they all said " oooh f**k that " So can it be eaten as a steak or is it generally bashed up in a curry ?

    Has anyone ever eaten goat meat ?....i am told it is THE most consumed meat in the world,very popular in the Carribean,Mexico etc...and is the main animal protein source of much of Africa and the Middle East...im also told it contains a higher level of protein than any other meat....i know its classed as a red meat chevon/mutton etc Just wondered if anyone had any idea/taste etc

    Difference is Manny Paquiaos fights sell themself,David Hayes dont.....its all bollocks to hype and sell the fight mate,dont take it too serious.Klitchkos doing the same calling him a poof etc.....I blame pay per view tv myself....years ago a fighter just had to be a good fighter to get the big fights,nowadays its just as important to be a " colourful character ".....just look at Ricky Hatton and how he worked so hard on his image.....that said,i dont think Tyson did it to sell a fight he actually meant it....but then he was a strange one i spose

    I think this is actually going to be a really interesting fight.Neither of them can take a good shot Klitchko has been down something like 10 times in his career,many times from fighters without half the punch Haye has got,but then Haye doesnt have the best chin either which makes for an interesting fight.I feel Haye needs to come out very aggressive without being careless,if he gets into a chess match i think this could be where we see what in my opinion is Hayes biggest flaw,his trainer !....Haye has stuck with Adam Booth which although loyal is not good for his boxing career he should of go

    Im not dressing anything up,you say shite is shite but thats the whole point in competetive sport,to see who is not quite as shite as the next....and the reality is Scottish football is more shite than almost any other.... The top Spanish league being better than the top English league,well thats certainly a worthwhile debate im not sure id say either way for 100 %....what i will say is you talk about the top 6.....well beyond the Spanish top 6 you have teams like Levante,Racing Santander,Osasuna etc etc that make up the mid to lower table,for me they are not as good as the mid to lower clubs

    Whatever English football has wrong with it,doesnt compare to what Scottish football has wrong with it and i rarely see you discussing the problems with Scottish football. And yes i might support shit every week but you wont hear me telling Man Utd supporters whats wrong with their team !
