Mad isn't it. Seems to be the default setting these days though - something happens, and people grab a phone and take a pic/film - doesn't seem to matter what it is, or how inappropriate. I know they may get evidence and stuff from the pics, but really ? People thought the best think to do when 2 bombs have just gone off is to "take a pic" ? Interesting though isnt it, peoples reactions. I spent about 3 hours just watching the coverage the other night and there must have only been about 10-15 mins of news and the rest was just repeated. Dont know how old you are mate......but if you was around in 83/84 ish an incident at Birmingham New St between the 2 clubs went down in terrace folklore with the " Toy Town Firm " remark......that was when i first developed a healthy respect for Cardiff........mind you we was outnumbered 5 to 1 All makes me cringe with embarassment now but was fun at the time !....................anyway best of luck yous got one foot in the door least you wont have to knob about in the play offs like we did !

I was duped into thinking my worst nightmare had come true a few years ago ! I just did a simple search and clicked on the first one that came up.....you try it !......I,ll leave this now some things are just too silly to debate...... But i remind you,when Liverpool paid 30 mill for Andy Carroll last year......Lineker or Shearer i cant remember which said on Match of the Day that he was one of the worlds best strikers !!!!............While nobody can prove he is or he isnt i think most people ( apart from maybe Carrolls mum ) would just laugh it off as a silly statement....................same applies here.

Talk about random desperation !.....Whats that got to do with derby games........ The same as most folk dont need dna samples or dental records to know Man Utd/Liverpool etc have lots of fans from outside the area......most folk dont need the same to know West Ham and many other clubs main support is the local area. If your on a mission of delving into fans backgrounds to disprove that theory .......you crack on.

Seen a couple of them mate...........as a pure football derby day they were great..... good old blue v red traditional old football colours,great atmospheres,great games..................Nowhere near the animosity and sheer nastiness other derbies have though...........i thought it was well known Liverpool and Everton are not really rivals i thought yous all get on.

I didnt know that about the Dutch......i know the rivalries with the Greek clubs same as with the Argentinians its just as much an area thing as being about football....the working class against the upper class type things.....I know there was a Roma/Lazio game abandoned half way through a few years ago Anyway whats wrong with Leeds/Huddersfield that must be a bit lively.

Absolutely right......ive watched derby games across Europe i think if your going to watch a club you want to see their ground at its most vibrant...... i was in Greece one year and saw Olympiacos/Panathanaikos ....unbelievable !

Are you one of these hardcore fans who support their club via match of the day ?.....because if not and you actually go to football matches you will know just like i do that the Tyne/Tees derby is not seen as a big derby in English football,let alone world football. Infact.................in world terms the Tyne/Tees derby is ranked 45th !! The top 3 in Britain are..... Its a big derby in a small corner of England with only 2 clubs to choose from !..............Talking about it as a big derby in world terms is just being silly !!.........
