Dont forget the bonus this year we got the final of the treacles cup tomorrow .....i dont normally go in for all this womens football caper but being as how we are going through a slight lean spell in the Fa Cup ( 39 years ) i,ll be right behind them tomorrow. No but a boozer near me got one of the half moon shaped ones for the garden last summer and i saw it a few weeks ago and it looks a state i think the plastic all go,s out of shape if you leave them over the winter....but like anything as long as you keep on top of the maintenance im sure it,ll look great.

They look nice when first set up but if you dont look after them they quickly go to shit especially if kept out during winter,all dirty and go out of shape etc.....nice to keep through the summer though,maybe take it down and store it for the winter.....was it from Crews Hill you say ?....Wildwoods is a nice shop the bald geezer in there i forget his name now but if theres something he doesnt know about Aquatics its not worth knowing,good chap to get advice from.

Wrestling isnt something i pay any attention to mate but i do know theres a lot of deaths many down to different cocktails of drugs or suicide its an industry that seems to produce some wild characters but in terms of steroids,bodybuilders and i guess wrestlers are simply not athletes today they are sedentary guys building a model.....wrestling/bodybuilding is not about how strong you are its about how strong it looks like you are and the main change i have seen over time is a lot more reliance on chemicals.....when i was bang into strength/fitness the ratio was probably 75% training to 25% st

I liked Breaking Bad it was one of them where its easy to reel off 3 or 4 episodes in a row and disregard normal life ? Luther i thought was a good watch....has anyone watched this Highwayman ? thinking of giving that a go soon. Not sure i agree with that mate i think theres plenty of players who have won virtually nothing with their clubs but were still recognised as greats/world class. Beyond the Matthews final i dont think Stanley Matthews won anything but still won the Balon D'or as an individual....Gary Lineker the same. As a good example would you not say Harry Kane is looked upon as world class in todays game ?

Dont overlook the speed of punch Danny Dubois has particularly against a plodder like Joyce....i think that fight could literally be like a man fighting a boy theres 12/13 years difference between them Danny has raw power but lacks core strength Joyce has strength but lacks speed and explosive power its a fascinating fight i just think the timing suits Joyce due to his strength but give it another 2 or 3 years and i think Dubois man strength will start coming through and he,ll be a force in the division.

Daniels trainers an old pal of mine so would love to see the youngster win,what i like about this fight is they are 2 pleasant young men putting it on the line when they dont need to,they,ve sparred many times so wont be any sillyness in the build up....i think as someone said above its just a little bit too early for Dubois his real man strength hasnt arrived yet and Joyce although a strange robotic type fighter has immense strength and an extraordinary engine for a big guy i just think he might be too physically imposing.

The playing field isnt level even amongst cheats though Del.....1 cheat can see far more benefit than his opponent whos cheating in exactly the same way !! Everyones natural body hematocrit is different meaning the steroids 1 cheat takes can be utilised far better than those another cheat takes.....i believe that the top athletes in a sport could have their own biological passport that they cannot deviate from by more than say 5%....so all competitors could have a haemoglobin of say 16.5 for arguments sake and they can take as many Peds as they like providing their hematocrit is not outsi

I agree with Chris its a generational thing we all think things were better back in our day im as guilty as the next man i preferred our game before Arab Sheiks,Russian oligarchs and Var came into the game....and as for all the box ticking black and female pundits it just makes me want to put my foot through the telly.....but on the pitch i think these are the best times we,ve ever had the quality of football and football excitement is far and away better than anything we,ve seen in any generation in my opinion.
