Ive been doing Yoga for a couple of years now i find it almost like a " reset " button......every few weeks i do a session first thing in the morning on an empty stomach its great i find the next week or so i feel more supple in body and relaxed in mind im a very reactionary person but its as though it just gives your mind a bit longer and you see thoughts coming in and dont immediately react on them....i think as long as you dont get too intellectual about it and start learning all the Dhyana and Samadhi stuff you get more out of it i like to put myself completely in the instructors hands whi

Start forcing these communities to be accountable for the human beings they are raising in a foreign country.....deport/expel/banish the entire families of immigrants committing these crimes and you watch how fast attitudes to parenting changes....force these people to take responsibility in ways that will hurt them the most.

I agree with that....surely people who have been coming on here a while are entitled to feel they are talking to people on the level....people wouldnt get away with bad manners in real life and they shouldnt get away with it on here a keyboard shouldnt be someones saving grace.....i just dont understand what people get from talking on here in a totally different demeanour to what they have in real life i find them weird quite frankly.

While i get your sentiment.....yes it does take more bottle to stab somebody than it does to shoot them.....anything within arms reach represents a certain amount of risk,whereas shooting is just like pressing a button and risk free.... not as many people as we all like to think are actually willing to have confrontation up close and personal.

I dont think its trainer related Mick as Stan says time waits for no man i always loved the way Golovkin could just float into distance he must of had such an intimidating presence in the ring.....but that the other night it just seemed like his anticipation of footwork was gone making him easier to read....sad when you start to see that,personally i think another fight with Canello he might even get stopped.
