I was nattering to a black lad ive known a long time on the blower about all this stuff the other day he said run of the mill black lads like him much prefer " uncomfortable but honest " discussions with chaps like you or me than the horrible apologizing,grovelling,pandering they get from these lefty weirdos....he said blacks just see them as dishonest and weak causing them to lean in for the attack.

Newkid would you be the chap who advised me on clear corrugated roof sheets years ago ?....i know somebody off here did. In a few of my darker more isolated periods of life as a younger man i would flick through the odd " get rich quick " manual and the " sweeping up " analogy is pretty much the common theme running through those types of books/courses.....i quickly realised i just need to get better at what im already doing ?

Like i said im not comfy getting into specifics but yes in that respect of course business is business....i was referring purely to the " sweeping up " analogy as from top to bottom it doesnt work....you see it used in textbooks and classrooms and it simply isnt the learning by numbers " how to manage people " concept its made out to be in my opinion.

Yes believe it or not mate you do have to know what you are looking at.....no you cant just close your eyes and hope for the best.....if i look at the persons make up and dont like what i see being good at sweeping up isnt going to save him ?....again,risk....its what investment is all about.

Right man for the job i get.....but that old sweeping up analogy accounts for a persons inherent traits....i couldnt care less if my man refuses to sweep up if he can do shit i cant do because if push comes to shove i can sweep up.....for me true investment is about taking chances and i dont want to do that with things i dont understand so whether my man can sweep up is pretty irrelevant to what i ultimately get on the back end.

Personally i think we expect teenagers to grow up too fast.....we are still influenced by the " fighting for my country at 15 " or " down the chimneys when i was 7 " generation and to my way of thinking a first world country just shouldnt be like that or else what was the sacrifice all for.....how we can possibly give teenagers the vote in this country is beyond me,how we can allow them to drive and have the responsibility over human life i think is ridiculous......today we expect them to go from children to adults with literally nothing in between i dont see anything wrong in young adults f**

Personally i prefer the person who says " f**k all this sweeping lark im getting the hoover.....its easier and does the same job in half the time " I know only too well physicality will get you so far but common sense initiative will get you the rest of the way....but each to their own.

Ive heard that sweeping up analogy used a lot of times and i totally disagree with it,some people are simply not cut out for the certain values you or i might hold dear but it doesnt mean they dont have value.....who am i to say whats important,as an example do you ignore natural talent if a person isnt a grafter ?....they can bring something few others can. Ive not looked through the whole topic and im not comfortable talking about finances and such things but i do think theres a lack of people willing to speculate to accumulate these days....not willing to invest in people with attribut
