Crazydog it's illegal to use lamps on birds if you are in the uk so a red filter would be a no, could you not leave the lights on for a bit after the doors are closed, then when they get used to roosting with the lights on hide up in the bales and take them out then

A couple of lads off the other sites are cross posting as well so more eyes will see it , just remember if you catch them don't leave any witnesses as happened to me beginning of last year although I didn't get charged as the lad injured his ribs when he fell
