  3. My Son had this one made by Meat City Smokers up in Yorkshire it’s very heavy and similar to yours can’t remember if it’s 6mm or more I will ask him but it’s got a hell of a smoke box on it with reverse baffles inside.

  5. I love that crunchiness of the crackling of the skin where you see the clear fat oozing out and the meat underneath it man I’ve gotta get some in now, can’t be good for the arteries but its worth it ?
  6. We’ve got a little book we keep with times temperatures rubs ect but if done right you can’t beat belly of pork for being moreish it’s delicious.

  11. @kanny cheers mate well worth bearing when I have to do mine, alway the same with moving parts they break, coincidentally I’ve been A&E this morning my knee collapsed yesterday bit of an ongoing problem my knees shagged worst moving part in your body for wear and tear life catching up with me ?

  15. The money shot I think some one said the other day 6 hours plus to cook for about 10 minutes pleasure worth it though especially washing down with Roger Wilkins Cider I had a pilgrimage down to Mudgely in Somerset the other week for a fill up of barrels, all the Best ?

  24. Sorry to hear that it’s not nice a very slow deterioration, considering my wife’s Dad was a precision engineer in a controlled environment for the Mod and now he can’t string a sentence together hardly walk and relies on other people for almost everything it’s sad to see.
