  15. Just bought the CZ 16 inch heavy varmint barrel cost me £395 but its all the extras you have to buy that push the price up scope bipod sling case mounts swivels ect . Did consider second hand for a full set up but my wiser friends who i tend to agree with said if you do that you have not got a clue how many rounds have gone through it and it could affect the accuracy.

  17. How do you guys go about stripping your terriers i use the index finger and thumb method but i got to admit to do it well it takes ages at least an hour to hour and half . Heard of some people using clippers sort of defeats the object of removing the old coat to bring through the new.

The best advice for young or new people to hunting is to go and seek out your local hunt once they know you are genuine the offers of days out will come naturally i dont think it is a good idea taking some one out you dont know they could be anyone you never know just my opinion.
  22. Went myself as well entered my patterdale bitch in the the Black Fell class got a second and let her have a blast on the 100m lure she got 10.75 not bad for a terrier with little legs. Also it was great to meet up with a lot of mates who i mainly see during the hunting season congratulations to the organisers and judges for a good day out . PS bring back the different variety sausage stall you had a couple of years ago.
