  8. My son bought a Skoda Yeti 4X4.....reviews say it's decent enough on averagely rough ground,...time will tell ,we won't be off roading it by any means, any one experience one
  9. `thats a very sensible video, and common sense plays a big part of the sport, but experience is a major factor too ,great watch
  10. Who's brave enough to eat on of these bruisers then?
  11. I hunt wild goats,I'm not dealing with farmed stuff, I only take the Billy's for dogs whenever I need meat, other than that it's table food all the way
  12. The Billy's I shot are a lot bigger and filthy things, covered in kegs and lice and rank of piss, unbelievable how strong they small.i only use them for dog food, nothing like domestic goats
  13. for fuk sake...how could ye spoon that shit into yer mouth...gimme a bucket fast ffs,,,its like a nappy..
  14. KD,lol as forest of dean said ,i wouldnt touch curry, reminds me of baby shit ,or a dirty nappy, the mrs, does all the cooking and she says ,she rubbed herbs and spices on it ,bought in aldis/lidl...seasoning or she rubbed olive oil on it ,,then cooked it in the slow cooker for 2 hrs roughly and transfer it into the over covered in tin foil and basting to keep it moist,, you can cook em the very same as lamb,im afraid im a fairly plain eater and dont like anything even remotely spicy so sorry on that side ,,,if your buying the goat meat, then you dont see what you get but if you can kill em
  15. Not much call for a quad in the city lol.. ,as I said,35 minutes drive to get to any decent bit of land, your chances of getting away without notice are slim now,it's gone all a bit serious now,as it should be I suppose, but it's a bit of a bollix being tied down long term
  16. the bit im pissed off with is non travel,i live on the outskirts of the city,so to hit any decent bit of ground takes a 30 min drive minimum, and now the fines are being increased and you will be stopped even when driving now, i dont see many people around me anyhow so thats not the bother, its not being able to get out for a ramble up the hills etc,..i talk to mates up the country and they just jump the ditch at thte side of their homes and dissapear into the hills and forestry ,lucky feckers...i like spending time with the family, last thursday i drove the son to Dublin to collect a new car h

    Guard dogs

he was ok,always a liability,i took him for a walk with the wife and one of my pit dogs ,who was tolerant of him up to that point and he out of the blue attacked the pit(serious error ) the shepherd jumped on him roaring to eat him but the pit got first grip and spoilt a lovely walk,it took me about 3 minutes to seperate the two, herself held the shepherd and i took the pit...we had to ring the son to come out in his car to take the pit home ,who now wanted to eliminate the threat for good ...he was a right bollix of a thing...i left him off more times as my daughter used to Thai box and would
