  1. Yeah I tried 3 blocks yesterday, I was from 6.30 till 12 looking, there wasn't a path nor droppings anywhere to be seen, speaking with the farmers in the area, they've not seen any in months
  2. I like the fact I bred a litter, I fret a bit that they might not all turn out as good as I hope, in the parting of them I worry trying to get good homes, permanent homes which is why the dog pup has been with me so long, I only bred the pups as I couldn't locate a pup anywhere else, if I had found a genuine lad with pups I'd never have bred, I go a bit over the top at times on things I'm passionate about.... I'd have no bother on rearing a litteragain but I'd buy in if at all possible... Saying that I am very happy with what I've bred, I got all good ratings on them bar one so far, but it's e
  3. Her sister lives on the coast, some bitch to hunt cover
  4. no her 1st,they were born in august,Don
  5. hes supposed to be heading to wales next week,im waiting on details, this bitch is just coming out of season, broke my balls, with her and the greyhound in season at the same time and 3 dogs all gunning for a ride ffs
  6. Still out, looking for a goat, not a sign, I think they may be shot out and few if any left, the bitch has hunted up and flushed 3 pheasants, that's about the extent of her activities to date
  7. i just heard the jill i was mentioning at the start of the topic ate the kits at 2 days old ,and he has bred her to a hob again,so that will be 3 litters this summer,f***ing diabolical,i sent him a txt saying if hes that badly stuck for money get a feckin job
  8. great news lol.....i must look in to the service myself,im rather bad in certain situations , so youd recommend them then i take it lol
  9. I wonder if I can order through a shop, or do they dictate what comes in? One other thing, if I got to the stage of doing a serious amount of road cycling, would that bike be comfortable over a period of hours on the road?
  10. I'd prefer straight bars anyway
  11. I'm forced to buy new, I'm using the BIKE TO WORK SCHEME where you buy the bike and pay through the tax system, they give you the bike for half its cost, and its deducted every week in your pay packet,
  12. I'm afraid I don't even know what a drop handle bar means lol but that's exactly what I want
  13. That's what I was led to believe, but yer man inside the counter tells me no need for them, I was ready to buy Friday but he put me off, and there's a waiting list for bikes, I think a grand is more than enough for a cycle bike,
  14. which one ,the giant or the leader fox?
  15. Mostly road but an off day of woodland paths but nothing too rough I reckon, I'd like a bike capable of taking both worlds on, I was looking at a giant aluminium frame but no front shocks, the sales man told me it could take a bit. Of stick but I thought it would be essential to have front shocks
  16. Anyone hear of leader fox bikes? I almost bought one yesterday but checked on line the judgement on some of them were brutal, I then went to the GIANT bike shop and after a discussion with the guy who was selling, he told me front shocks are not needed unless I was doing full on mountain bike trails, confused the shit out of me he did, I'm spending 1k max, but there's a fierce scarcity of bikes in the shops
  17. I'm told I need hearing aids also, and the cost??? 2k with a grant..... Hell no, but the tinnitus is a balls to live with
  18. Top.... A WALL Middle ...... A DITCH
  19. Why would ye call a ditch a wall lol
  20. I had 4, 3 pures and one with pit and staff in it, the 3 pures went to heaven rather swiftly, retarded fukin yokes, the half E/B X pit/staff was a game lady, only way I'd have any é bull would be mixed bred.... The pure i found were dodgy mentally and capable of turning on folk at times, I went in for a pint to get out of the rain one time with a pure bred bitch, I visited the toilet and the owner went to take my empty glass, the bitch went nuts defending my seat, I ran out and she stopped immediately, but she was a coward under it all... Most were i found
  21. That's an Irish thing katch, it's only the last few years here Jill and hob is used, I at times slip back to the buck and doe terminology.. I'd hazard a guess and say there's still an awful lot say buck, doe, its not ignorance, it's habit and upbringing
  22. Just saw an add he has put up,.... Seems he's done with it all,.... That's a surprise...
  23. I'm thinking he will end up with a few unsold, we have a 12 month old Jill and he was saying we were nuts not to breed her, I got her jabbed, no interest in breeding anything for a while
  24. I'm the same mind, he breeds like mad, 25 quid a kit, and he must have sold 50 plus kits this year, and refuses to do a day's work,
  25. whats your opinion on breeding a jill twice in the one season...two litters ,one after another..i just got a whatsapp msg, from a lad i bought a ferret from, showed me another litter from the same jill my one was from...it doesnt sit too well with me ,but i do know he breeds soley for money,he had when i called at least 40 ferrets in the garden ,lots rearing,a few finished kits ,away from their mother,i regretted dealing with him to an extent as i dont like giving money to greedy lads,he does hunt the jills but cant be doing enough with all of them as he has loads, not really a big deal just wond
