right people,next month im hoping to buy a mountain bike /hybred type..so im looking for help as to what might be obvious to you ,what i should look out for ..i almost bought one 3 weeks ago ,but my young feller googled it and the price was almost the same as a new version..i almost got ripped off ...any makes or models i should look for ,and remember im mid 50's so dont want anything insanely youthful which would make me look like a right mid life crisis victim lol...weight and frame size etc is goingto be an issue i expect but i have no idea as to what i am looking for ..any help would be ap

i used them for 6 years and i will tell you what i was told before i got them...dont bother ..lol their a pain in the hole to clean out and are too heavy to maneuver about ...in the winter of 2009 i had them then...-8 to -12 at times ,,,i filled them with straw and they were toasty warm ,,so in that capacity no complaints ,,they cost 60 euros each ,and the smell out of them was strong ,even after being left standing for weeks before use ...i went back to the timber standard boxes ,,easier all round i find

i keep one in the house constantly ......which can be a problem after a ''walk'' at times ..hes clean and quiet and no bother at all...over the years all our dogs were in the house for a period at some stage ...all worked very well in the countryside ...it makes not an iota of difference ...i believe if a dog fails in his work ..inside or outside would not have been the reason

ive had dealings with desertbred and hes a thorough gentleman,,very generous in his deeds and a very knowledgeable man where dogs are concerned ..i can quiet understand why he wouldnt come on here with the shit thrown at him at times .,,,

yeah i know lol...this is coming from me whos up at 6 every morning and out at 6.30 ffs lol..im hoping to cut back to 3 days a week from october on ...best of both worlds

dont mean to be morbid but a good mate of mine ,and a farmer that gave me lots of permission and introduced to lots of other farmers died 2 days ago,,he was a sheep farmer that worked like a beast most of his life and retired 2 years ago......2 years ffs..he didnt enjoy much of his happy life ...f**k work ...live and try enjoy what you have

in the summers as hot as this ,they are know to sleep out in the cover...i found this out over the years when hounds flushed them when exercising during the early morning and when you get to where they were risen from there'd be a ball of grass/hay they had for a bed ...i had the unfortunate experience last year of my saluki x flushing one from a gathering of furz and high grass...lets say it was ''EMOTIONAL''....

yeah shes handy enough,,finds stuff now and again..i like results as much as possible (dont we all lol)..after travelling that far and walking that much id like to have some bit of sport...it doesnt need to be a catch every time but i do like to go home at times with a lump of meat if possible ...hopefully by october i be on 3 day week and keep it that way till feb..back to full week then ...

left for work at 6.30....stunning day and not fit for working in ..but ye gotta do what ye gotta do...theres a few knocking about for sure but ive not come on them at all much..to get there for dawn breaking i wouldnt be able to got to bed at all lol...

i saw the sea eagle last summer when i was painting a farm house there..was a sight ,gliding along and amazing to see..hares i can never come across,ive seen the odd sika but theres a fallow big boy there,,man hes huge ..head gear on him that would look good on any wall..since i started a few others have appeared to be hunting there ,a few of the landowners are not happy with other folk walking about there,,a few others couldnt give a flick if half of the city turned up ,lol..the problem with me is im 50 miles away from there so i cant just drop out there on a whim...and work is really getting

hundreds stayed ...cool mountain here is still holding a lot ..most are easy going and enjoy the free life style of evading work and pressures of modern life ,,and the best of luck to them

thats 5 different crews hunting the goats so...i think my farmer friend met you 2-3 years ago possibly.english chap he said ..kinda hippyish lol..
