    I don’t know caregiver visa requirements but I do know immigrant nurses have to pass a decent grade IELTS before they get a visa,it’s a decent grammar test,I tried it and it’s far from easy,this was brought in after an African doctor whose grasp of English was poor had a patient die due to miscommunication.

    Cash.My Mrs niece went from Canada to NYC for around $100k a year salary,nurses in California are on silly money,nurses in Canada are on more than Brit nurses,can afford to buy a house,have a new car,and have a good lifestyle,there’s a Brit brain drain in health care to Canada,USA,Oz and NZ. Likewise there’s a Healthcare brain drain from the Philippines,Sri Lanka Nigeria etc to UK.

    One thing I have noticed in California,Mexicans do EVERYTHING,without them the state would grind to a halt,my mate had his house refurbed,the only white guy was the construction firm owner who came to price up,everyone else was Latino,go to a restaurant,mall,business everyone’s Mexican,Trump is onto a hiding to nothing wanting to kick them all out,they are the oil that keeps the machine lubricated. UK seems totally different,brits are working to keep asylum seekers in hotels,asylum seekers are in car washes and similar while claiming benefits and milking the system.

    Spent a day with a buyer for dispos visiting various sources.One of the blokes had 50 acres confiscated when he was CAMPed on (Campaign Against Marijuana Planting) eradication crew fast roped down onto his property,stripped his crop like locusts,and he went to nick,nowadays he has a licence and pays tax.Met some interesting people who came down from the hills with crop samples,thoroughly enjoyed myself.
