I don't know about upgrade mate,he lost the stock mothers to Rox and SS so had to start over and try to recreate them. Wizard Trees started right here in LA.

He had dozens of boxes filled with shroom products,he said take whatever you want,I actually said I am OK mate I don't eat shrooms,but as I was leaving he really wanted me to take some,he put two boxes in my hands,it's always the same when I visit him,he doesn't like you to leave empty handed.

Just been given some boxes despite saying i don't take them or use shrooms,stuck them in the bin.

Just had a really nice indian/mexican fusion meal,incredibly hot curry,Mexicans love chillies,the bill came in a small box.

My Mrs did $20 walk-in, I am a skinny dweeb so just went on the hotel gym treadmill,the guys in Golds are huge monsters with lat-spreads like batman's wingsuit,insane sized blokes.

Right beside santa Monica pier,one of the best steaks i have had,their ageing room is huge,even the bread was freshly cooked and served with vermont cultured butter and quince and goat cheese spread.

These guys were brits,their coffee shop in east London was raided 5 or 6 years back,they relocated over here and are doing really well.

I have eaten stuff that a vulture would turn its beak up at in the past,I remember eating food on skid-row in downtown LA,but now and again I like a decent meal. Just had breakfast opposite a golds gym,ordered a small omelette and a waffle "Would you like a side of cottage cheese?" I expected a small bowl.The waitress said some of the guys who eat after working out have triple what I had.
