Went today to get the lowa tibets,guy in the shop gave me a pair of wool hiking socks to wear and measured my feet one size 10 one size 9 apparently its quite common?They didn't have the tibets in stock,going to have a rethink as I want to order the boots online so what size as they don't sell odd sized pairs on e-bay

Philippines at the moment has legal-vigilante justice,state sanctioned police execution squads,shoot you at home/work/in the street/wherever as long as your a low level drug user/seller/criminal or even wrong place wrong time,the real crims at the top of the ladder are safe as long as the guys at the bottom pay the price with a death to appease the masses.

Theres a Mexican one either 10 or 12 individuals ones a woman dumped on a street corner all alive but with their hands chopped off and left in carrier bags I don't know their alleged crime.When I lived in Davao there was very little street crime as the DDS Davao death squad would snatch you from your house and leave your body on a patch of waste ground,that was for petty crime including graffiti,all it took was local rumour to set against you.

Lots of footage online,the Brazilians have this form of punishment down to an art,shot through the hands and fingers chopped off for petty crimes,if you really piss them off your feet are chopped off at the knees and your arms at the elbows or shoulders depending

Lives in the mountains so he is from the region I am visiting,kashmir,ladakh,HP or thereabouts,i will get some pics of people cooking on open fires,its the reason there's so much deforestation,you see them collecting wood all the time.
