Was your NV Zenith? I got a camera off a Russian in Cairo years ago, heavy 35mm sort of thing, dirt cheap, he funded his holidays by selling cameras in Egypt, all were zenith.

That wall carpet is beautiful, years ago I saw genuine war rugs in Pakistan, originals from the afghan/Russian conflict, helicopters AK's and suchlike woven into the silk, wish I had bought a couple as they are worth a few Bob now, collectors items.
