    10K here will get you an acre and a half if your lucky a friend of mine recently bought woodlands in sussex,4 acres cost him £30,000. Found a woodland,7 acres for 35K,only problem with most woodlands is they have covenants on them,your not allowed to slash-and-burn unless its in the amazon or somesuch place
