I have a good friend in Sunderland,he has two teenage sons, they have both had to move south for employment,I live in Surrey now, good neighbourhood in all honesty, but I remember when I lived in Sundelrand as a kid the amount of burglars and car thieves in the place I lived was scary, dont get me wrong, loads of fond memories of the north, but my quality of living is just better in the south.
  19. 75kg? Personal use sir? If your going to use a poly-tunnel for plants you might have to use supplemental lighting as your so far north, alternatively you could grow indoors, control the environment and get several crops or a rotational harvest over the year

Most plants are easy Jacob, they are like a woman, they just need a little TLC to flourish,I used to be a joint-owner in a hydroponics shop, very profitable business, anything you need to know on clones or cuttings just ask,I took 10's of 1000's of them when I worked for a while in holland With the economic downturn,it might actually be a viable business proposition selling the seeds,I know a guy who went from being Mr Average to becoming a millionaire through seed-sales
