In….Fully submerged….out,maybe 25 seconds at the most,it’s not pleasant,anyone who says it’s ok hasn’t done it in those sort of temps,my lady was telling me to breath slow and deep when I got out,f**k that I was hyperventilating like a lottery winner,the wind whistling down the river was the icing on the cake.

I did it on Christmas Day,fully submerged in a river plunge pool,it was -25’ish on the ice with windchill,I dont know the water temps,one of my ladies family traditions,certainly wakens you up for the rest of the day once you recover from the hypothermia.
