    Thanks Ian, I've put a little felt between the action and the stock, but thats about it. Didn't think I would do any smoothing as this is the rifle that got me back into rifle shooting. Now though after shooting my baby for so long and then taking this girl out today, I certainly intend to stick a GRT in her. I used to get on well with the original trigger, but today I found it pretty hard going. I did mention to Si that if I got a bunny with her today it'd be a bonus, I did draw blood but it was on my trigger finger where one of the cracks split from having to apply the pressure to t

    i thought FX were a grain or so heavier than AA fields in .22 but i stand to be corrected Niel AAF's and FX are NOT the same, they are indeed very similar, I use BOTH. They come from the same factory, but then so do the JSB's and almost every other pellet of their type. I point you to this thread (an early one of mine) Also when swapping between the pellet brands I have a differing POI, not a great deal granted, but its deffinately lower and left with the FX Taking the Springer out this aft, if it stops raining and although I primarily use AAF's in it, I'll take some FX

    Not quite sure what your asking there buddy? KillZones are the same on an animal what ever rifle your using Unless your thinking of killing the rifle, in which case a sledge hammer over the head and down on the action will defo kill it then just to make sure, the same on the barrel. That will deffo kill the rifle, be a hell of a job to bring it back to life after a battering like that :laugh: Phantom
