Depends on the size Aaron, the really small ones just pulled apart when I tried to skin them I remember pulling the neck on one really small kit, its brain had been decimated and most was outside on the grass, but it was still flapping about (Kinda shook me up that one did ) Thats why I hate to shoot the tiny ones. This particular one although it was just the nervous system misfiring; It looked like it was still alive by the way it was jumping and rolling, terrified me it did. I pulled its neck and it seperated completely but it still flapped for a few seconds. Kinda like 'Cutting th

Thats doable very soon Bud I got some good news today, I aint slept since 6ish yesterday morning again So I went out to Pool Bank this morning at 5:30 and knocked a lovely bunny over perfect shot But the ruddy Carrion Crows and Maggies were not playing ball the :wankerzo4:'s Right the good news is the DWP have looked at the written statements from the Consultant, the CPN and my Angel of a GP and they have decided they were in the wrong, the medical professionals are in the right and now those feckers owe me 6 months money. Unfortunately it won't save whats important to me, but i

Why thanken you my Dear Stealthy George Sir, The Nickle 92FS is a superb choice for a 1st Co2, Its made by Umarex and I just love em, in fact, given the news that I have recieved through the post today, I may just go buy myself one in the very near future They Love D&N Geco pellets and believe it or noth they are nice and cheap The cartridges are the basic ones and We usually advise our members that they will get 8 magazines worth of shots off each Co2 bulb so 8*8- 56 shots per bulb, as you get to know your pistol, you will be able to compensate for the next mag or so using ho

I decided that I really should do a little more work in the Cemetery this evening, so I headed out and arrived at about 18:00 Checked the zero, not the best grouping due to the breeze, but a few in the bullseye and I was happy. Got myself comfy next to the central warren and the big lilac bush. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw something come through the open gate of the cemetery, at first I thought I was seeing things WTF is that? A rather tall upright Bird walking at a fair pace towards the new section of the graveyard. Was it a young Pheasant? dunno, didn't have long tail fe

Nice going Jack Lovely pix of the Owl's I just cant get a decent image through my scope with my phone cam Jack open an account on photobucket, upload your images to that, make sure the privacy is enabled on the account though or the whole world will see them and complain about cruelty to animals. Once you have done that, you can paste the IMG code generated by photobucket into your posts and that negates you needing to place multiple posts for your reports Also avoids someone buggering up your report by replying before you've finished it Phantom

I wouldn't do more than 35 yards with a springer, less now because I've not shot it for a while However I've done 50 yards fairly often using a bi-pod (even further still on paper when conditions have been spot on) with the baby (AA S200). But with a PCP it really is down to your own skills and prevailing conditions. Phantom

Hi Shaunm41 I have a SMK XS19 and it does the job very well. Bunnies die when hit in the head with a pellet from the SMK's just as well as they do when I use my AA S200 The XS models are superior in finish to the earlier versions of same gun. Come to think of it, all the Chinese made guns now are far superior to the early models. Don't listen to the dealer 60 yards is asking a bit too much; but kills at nominal airgun ranges up to 35 yards are perfectly feasable if you take your time and as you have already stated; your going to put in the paper work first Phantom -

Sorry John, Didn't know you are using a Mac Email Hawke and see if they do a Mac version, I'm sure there are many 'Mac Users' out there who would love CGP on their system Phantom -

Slut Point Awarded If you make a good informative post, then doen the bottom right of the screen there islil a section that says (when you mouse over) 'vote this post up' If you click on it, it gives the poster a reputation point! Now being old' skool, having a reputation meant you were either a bad ass mother fooker or (if female) you were a slapper or slut. So giving someone a 'Slut Point' (slut point awarded) means you have given them a plus point in their reputation Phantom

Hey up John, Have you D/l'd Chairgun Pro? There is a fill calculater on there thats pretty darn spot on buddy I've heard a few people go on about the difference between CG Pro and the Hawke BR program, claiming that the Hawke BR program is better, when in actual fact it uses the same algorithm's as CGP and the results are identical. Dont know if the BR program has the fill calc, but CGP certainly does. Phantom
